I gave them a quick call and they were really friendly and assured me they could get it done. As soon as I got there, my car was taken care of and I was in and out in less than 25 minutes which was so great!!! Compared to the relentless upselling I've experienced at Jaguar dealer repair shops, Dan's honesty was a breath of fresh air. I was waiting for my car and the manager and Dan came out and asked me if I was here for a top off or an oil change and I said an oil change and they honestly told me that I had 60% oil life remaining and that I really didn't need an oil change unless I wanted one. Nowadays, they're aren't too many places you can go where they're totally honest with you. They didn't have to tell me that they could've just changed my oil I am very impressed with this location and will continue to go there and Dan is always pleasant and accommodating.
