BEWARE!! They are recommending CVT fluids that have not been approved by Subaru. If your transmission fails, which is highly likely, you would have to prove it was the fluid that caused your failure. Subaru will most likely deny your Warranty claim and you will be stuck with a nine to $12,000 bill. I brought my Lamborghini Huracan here bc I had a punctured passenger sidewall. My tires are special and a pain to find, it's much easier for me to just take my car to the dealership. But I chose to go here from all my friends telling me how honest and great they are. I even said I don't mind paying more because I know the tire is hard to get. But they charged me "a fair price" Long story short, they had a new tire on professionally balanced in a hour or so. Test drove it fast and no vibrations. Huge, huge, HUGE shout out to AZP. I had an appointment for 9 AM tomorrow to get my summer wheels mounted/balanced and all that good stuff...and of course, 645 tonight, I get an urgent call and am going to have to head into work. I ping the owner to apologize and let him know I'm going to have to reschedule. He goes out of his way to try to rubiks cube the schedule, and manages to get me in for later on in the day so I am NOT going to end up riding around winter rubber on an 80 degree Saturday. I know folks have said it before, but I'm going to back it up: they may not be the cheapest, but I don't know another shop that would call a client to see if they would be willing to swap appointments, strictly for the benefit of another client. I picked up a 2017 Sti in December 2016. This was going to be the first oil change for this vehicle. I remember Azp installs a few years back and they specialized on Subarus and tracked them. So I figured make a appointment for a oil change and wheel alignment. I went to the shop and met some really cool car guys. They were friendly professional and have a lot of knowledge about Subarus. Before they took my car in they asked me what type of alignment would I like and how do I drive. I told them I like corners and spirited driving. They took my car in and did the adjustments and oil change. After the service was done we talked about my car and what I can do to keep it in top shape. So I took the car home and first impressions the car handles a lot better and steering response was improved. So far I am very satisfied with the service and will take my car back for future work. Update 6/26/2017 Wow all I can say the alignment has totally changed my STI it's feels like a go cart and feels connected to the road. Also the engine oil by Motul seems to make the engine run smoother or it's maybe all in my head lol. Just got my Nameless muffler delete and will call AZP installs to install the exhaust and get the Cobb access port for my car. Will report back when they gets done read more

I have brought my car into AZP twice in the past month and both times their services have been outstanding and quick. After they installed lowering springs on my impreza 2.5rs, AZP let me know they noticed that my subie would need new head gasket seals as well as valve cover gasket seals- which is no simple job on a boxer engine. Nonetheless they went over everything that they do when they replace the gasket seals and quoted me a price that was very reasonable- considering the amount of maintenance being done (replacing timing belt, water pump, most fluids etc). Everything went smoothly after I dropped off the car and the parts were installed in just a couple days before Rey called to let me know it was all ready. I live an hour away from AZP but the drive is certainly worth their service. I have mainly dealt with Rey, who is very personable and nice and always willing to share some advice. Great experience with Mike and his team. I have a 2021 Mx-5 and they put Flyin' Miata swaybars and a Mesiter R coil over suspension on the car. The car handles like a go kart without negatively effecting the daily drivability. Price was very fair with no surprises. Service was outstanding - excellent followups, detailed explananations and they did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. After letting the car settle in for 500 miles I took it back and Jake, the suspension tuning specialist, set the wheel height and the alignment. I just couldn't be happier with the way the car handles. I let them do an oil change and will go to them for all maintenance going forward as they know the products I should be using for the way I drive my car. I LOVE these guys and cannot recommend them highly enough. I live in NYC and bring my car to NJ because of their integrity, expertise and excellent customer service. I originally found AZP on a Subaru enthusiast website and reached out to them from the West Coast about my car in NYC with a head gasket issue. They worked with me from 3000 miles away and got my car running again. Plenty of other occasions when they have gone above and beyond. Most recently, they squeezed me in to change my alternator which allowed me to go on a family vacation. It was a good thing we had a second car when my daughter-in-law went into labor hours from home. Are they cheap? No, but they are really good. They don't talk down to me. They take the extra time to explain the problem, tell me their recommendation, at times, offer a less expensive part of repair or even suggest deferring repairs when not necessary. The place is sort of "off the beaten path" besides that the performance and quality of work was exceptional. I brought in my car for rotors and break pad replacement for all wheels and install aftermarket rear sway bar. Appointments only. Finished in 2 hours. 2 hours?! Great guys and fair prices however the workmanship is severely lacking. After having new shocks installed I found multiple problems covered up. Bolt holding my sway bar in place was stripped and panels to shocks broken. Instead of letting me know they put a bunch of washers on it and it eventually started rattling so I went on a ghost chase and found the issue. Now about 9 months later my Subaru dealer found the bolts holding shock to wheel were not torqued right and could have came out while driving. Dangerous. read more

We brought in a thirty year old Subaru GL that had seemingly massive engine issues (which, given the age of the car, didn't seem surprising). They did an excellent job working with the car, and it turned out that we didn't have a head gasket issue at all, it was the oil pan gasket that had flared up, allowing oil to spray into the air filter. They figured it out and fixed it, along with the front axles, which were in dire need of replacement. The guys were friendly and efficient, and provided excellent service all around.
