Are you kidding me! You can't sell a car for 85 days and you try to blame me? They certainly weren't going to sell it in another hour and a half if they can't sell it after 85 days. The fact that they tried to blame that on me is unreal. the The fact that they can't have a little bit of human decency for a person an hour and a half later,after they putting a deposit down to provide it back. It's just unreal. You can go to Germain Lexus Of Dublin and they will hold a car with for you with no deposit down. You can go to Germain Lexus of Easton and put a deposit down on a car for $500 and if something changes they will refund your money back. Not this group! Kal took his time helping me first over chat and then we finally connected over the phone. The price he quoted me was the exact price I paid. He had the guys detail the car then spent over an hour with me helping me get connect to and learn about the Sync 4 system and all the details of the car. My daughter in law bought a new Explorer the same day back home.(Kal even checked for any finance specials they may be able to use while I was on the phone with my son) The dealer she bought from sent her out of there with her phone connect via bluetooth and no knowledge of Sync 4. Though I'm by far not a tech guy, I used what Kal showed me earlier that day, and helped her get connected through Apple CarPlay and got her Explorer linked up with the Ford appon her phone and showed her a few features. The next time anyone in my family or I get a new vehicle we will drive the 93 miles and buy it from Kal.

I have to say our scheduled visit to AAA Tire & Auto Service on Black Friday proved to be better…read morethan I had hoped for but more costly although it was necessary. I had scheduled a purchase of four tires to be installed, alignment, balancing, the works. The price was very good, the need was great and the scheduling worked as well. With this time of Covid we have been distancing ourselves more than normal, I however was impressed with the social distancing and the sanitizing in the office lobby and waiting area at AAA South Toledo. As we were waiting for our tire installation, our service/sales technician Mark came up to me, which is never a good sign. Long story, short, the vehicle needed rear pads and rotors. I am a novice when it comes to autos and since my husband's stroke I am at a loss about anything auto related. I actually asked Mark if he could speak with my son who happens to live out of state since I trust his judgement. Mark was nice enough to speak with him and we ended up getting the brakes and the tires and I am perfectly pleased. I definitely will be recommending and going back to AAA and my compliments to Mark for taking the time to be helpful. An added perk is that since I am an AAA Member there was also another discount. My adventure on Black Friday in 2020.
