Jennifer attended my call and explained the process in detail and told me that the insurance offer was too low by looking at their quote. I immediately decided to hire auto appraise after speaking to her. I called couple of times during the process to ask questions and she was very patient to answer all of them politely. Travis and Jennifer worked on this for less than a week and conveyed the good news on last Friday . I got a signed copy of the agreed price between Travis and the insurance appraiser and the new price was more than 3.5 than the original offer. The process was seamless with auto apprise and I highly recommend them for your appraisal needs. Five start company.

I am beyond thankful for this recommendation. Jennifer and Jason are a dream team to work with, and are very patient, thorough, and professional. Jason was able to inspect a car for me to buy site unseen, and every single thing he pointed out on his notes, video, and over 500 images allowed for no surprises when I finally decided to buy the car, and saw it up close...he had pointed out every single little thing! Jason knows his stuff, there is no doubt about that! He is a top-notch inspector! Jennifer was so kind and fun to work with, and I really enjoyed the whole process because of her! Thank you both for helping me with the inspection of my dream car!

This company conducts inspections for FORD/LINCOLN Motor Company of customers who return their…read moreleased vehicles. AIM writes fraudulent estimates, then bills you weeks later. This time unfortunately for AIM, they ran into someone who works in the same industry and caught them red handed. I returned a leased vehicle. They waited almost a week to inspect the vehicle, then sent me a $1,100 bill weeks later after I returned the vehicle. In that inspection report, the inspector wrote a fraudulent estimate which we refer to in the insurance industry, a "padded estimate." I work in Insurance claims and have been for almost 20 years. I have first hand knowledge to what repair times should be and what is considered normal wear and tear and what is excessive wear and tear. If someone submitted to our insurance company a written estimate of this nature, it would be submitted to our SIU department for insurance fraud. Here is what they wrote on my 3 year old vehicle with almost 60,000 miles. Extensive wear and tear to front bumper cover. They wrote, get this, to REPAIR the front bumper cover on the bottom right side partially underneath where this low sitting car over 3 years came in contact with the roadway. There are scrapes and some gauging. This is normal. The Price? $745.00 with a repair time of 14 hours!!!!!!!!! YES 14 hours. NO REPAIR SHOP IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD EVER DO A 14 HOUR REPAIR ON A 3 YEAR OLD VEHICLE'S BUMPER COVER!Now, I know if any auto appraiser out there seen this, they would fall over. You can replace the entire bumper cover, by buying an LKQ bumper cover for $321.42 on carparts.com. But the problem I have is this, the entire bumper cover is perfectly fine except for that one area and again, that is normal wear and tear. The 2nd thing is really classic, $75 for tiny holes in the front driver side carpet where you rest your foot while you drive. The carpet is of low quality and after 3 years and almost 60,000 miles, yes the carper wears out. What was I suppose to do, drive with no shoes on? And the last fee. $225 for a tire that had a small gauge out on the sidewall. Here's the best part about this. I replace all 4 tires about 1 year before I turned the vehicle in. When I noticed this gauge I immediately took it to LINCOLN SERVICE DEPARTMENT where I purchased the vehicle and had all the service done for 3 years. The expert tech there said that tire is fine and still safe to use. Low and behind, the tire was used for an entire year, also being rotated, having driven thousands of miles with no problems and still had a little less than 1/2 the tread left when I turned in the vehicle, but they still want to charge me $225 for excessive wear and tear on this tire. Let this be a lesson, if you lease from Ford/Lincoln, and you return the vehicle, make sure you are present at time of inspection. What this company does is a form of fraudulent activity. It's called "padding an estimate" and in the insurance industry we take this very seriously. This is nothing but a huge money maker for the manufacturer

I was called to pickup my car and the white guy told me he can't guarantee my alignment because " I need like 2500 dollars worth of unibody work! I took my car to 2 other shops one guy test drove and did all my brakes, said he didn't see anything. I took my car to another shop who test drove and lifted my car in the air showing me and my guy the underbody , struts, shocked, ball joints, tire arms and shook and pulls the wheels.
