Anyway when we picked up the camper new water heater installed no manual was given with it nor instruction on winterizing which I know isn't required but they freely gave after it happened again and was gonna cost another $800+ to fix. Never mind the first fix cost $1000 due to a pressure test blew a ring on the toilet which they fixed without us giving them the go ahead. Won't be taking it there for service again knowing it's our fault that it needed fixed again but the customer service was just shotty from the start. Only reason got 2 stars is because the guys fixing stuff were very nice when I talked to them about what happened.

John is a fast, friendly and honest mechanic. He changed my '05 Ram 1500's brake rotors (and, obviously, pads), and a leaking power steering fluid cooler. Even better, he did so in about 3 hours on a Saturday. On top of that that, he did the job for about half of what the Dodge dealer was asking (my wife) for. Also, he didn't try to rip me off with an up-sell, even though the opportunity was there...he correctly identified a few other issues (that actually were known issues). He mentioned these issues, but didn't try to pressure me to have them addressed at this time. The next time I have any mechanical issue, with any of my rides, like Arnold says, "I'll be back..." to Smitty's.

I had scheduled a purchase of four tires to be installed, alignment, balancing, the works. The price was very good, the need was great and the scheduling worked as well. With this time of Covid we have been distancing ourselves more than normal, I however was impressed with the social distancing and the sanitizing in the office lobby and waiting area at AAA South Toledo. As we were waiting for our tire installation, our service/sales technician Mark came up to me, which is never a good sign. Long story, short, the vehicle needed rear pads and rotors. I am a novice when it comes to autos and since my husband's stroke I am at a loss about anything auto related. I actually asked Mark if he could speak with my son who happens to live out of state since I trust his judgement. Mark was nice enough to speak with him and we ended up getting the brakes and the tires and I am perfectly pleased. I definitely will be recommending and going back to AAA and my compliments to Mark for taking the time to be helpful. An added perk is that since I am an AAA Member there was also another discount. My adventure on Black Friday in 2020.
