In reality when I arrived to pick up the vehicle the coolant, oil and oil filter was the only maintenance completed. I use a paint marker to verify if any drain plugs or bolts were adjusted and of course nothing was even looked at. Response was that it was just too busy of a day. Well, I took a day of vacation to get my car fixed. And look at the gravel left in the oil filter. No it's not absorbent or cat litter if it does not brake up with a hammer. I would not recommend this place of business.

I am Ric Martinez's Manager here in Reno…read more In Marks later unfounded, furry and accusations at Ric, Mark had asked for a call from Ric's boss, that would be me. I immediately called Mark back. All he did was scream over the phone. When I tried to address the issues that he claimed he was having, all he did was hang up. Very unprofessional. I then called his boss Roland, set an appointment to see him the following Monday morning. Roland and I discussed the deal, and Roland really didn't have any of the issues that Mark claimed he had. Just so you who reads this knows, the order was for a truckload of Ice-Melt. That is 18 pallets, 48 bags per pallet, for a total of 864 bags. (I sell these same orders all over 8 western states all throughout the winter) That truckload has a weight value of about 45,000 pounds, and originates out of Salt Lake City Utah. Ric, being a new salesman at the time with Brody, called me immediately after Mark committed to the sale to tell me about the deal. The original deal was at ? dollars a bag, and that we would ?????. Simple deal. And as we all know that unless you can provide a State of Nevada Resale Tax number, there will be tax on every sale. That is a given, we all pay tax on goods purchased. Ric takes extremely good notes on everything he does, and immediately after seeing a client before he goes on to the next. There is no mention of anything in regards to there being no tax on this sale. Neither Ric or I have authority to waive someones taxes on a sale, and is never even a consideration to make a sale. Here, Mark is just showing his inexperience in business. In regards to Marks freight accusations, once again, I think that Mark was just trying to pull a fast one. I see employees try this from time to time. I just chuckle at them, anyone with experience in business knows why. Anyway to help keep the customer happy I agreed to pick up the freight in total for this sale. Roland, Marks boss, seemed to be very pleased with the deal, and thanked us both. Mark, I feel sorry for you. Your inexperience and unprofessionalism will always keep you from excelling in life. I wish you luck in getting a handle on your emotions. It will pay you great dividends in the end. ALSO, anyone considering doing business with Kromer Investments, should just bypass Mark V. and deal directly with Roland his boss to avoid this unnecessary harassment. The best part though, is that when I got there, I found that they carry Chemical Guys car cleaning products. None of the other auto parts stores around carry these, and I couldn't be more happy.
