The management, (Jessica) is very professional, warm and friendly, highly efficient and made the application process quick and painless. I was in my new home quickly. The place was so clean, by maintenance, (Dean) I didn't have to do any cleaning of my own to move in, and I am very picky..and suffer from OCD. ( I even checked the top of the cupboard doors and the ceiling fan blades, under the sinks, etc.) It was CLEAN. Now that I am fully settled, I can honestly say the place is SAFE and QUIET. I am content that I made the right choice. As Jessica handed me the keys, she said "Welcome Home." It truly is and I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for their next home.

General, and the BBB if they do not do what is right. I received my security deposit, however, two charges were not warranted: they charged for a dirty refrigerator and tub, both of which are lies. I cleaned both thoroughly, and they refused to give me receipts. In addition, they neglected to give me the interest accrued so I am reporting them to the Attorney General. I already posted on the BBB website. I knew they would 'steal' monies that did not belong to them, and I was right. Today, April 8, I found out that the refrigerator they charged me for a bad clean, was discarded; the tenant received a new one!!!!! This is indicative of how Sermar will steal every penny, even to the point of unlawfulness. The AG received my complaint for the $55., and also the interest they failed to give me. We will see how this plays out!!!
