I was informed I would have to wait for them to return. No one else there could help me. I waited outside (their office does not allow anyone to enter the building) for about 15 minutes for groomer to return. Poor client service experience. I do not recommend taking your pet here.

Nothing fancy, just shaved. Immediately and with no greeting, I was told they have a month long wait to get in, and they don't shave double coated dogs. I explained that she has been shaved her whole life and no one has ever had an issue. It's actually easy- they just shave off all her hair with a #1 setting on the shaver. My dog is sweet and easy dog to groom. I guess they didn't think she was worth their time. I'm happy to take my business elsewhere- especially after reading other negative reviews about how filthy the place is, and how rude they are. I have to agree on the rudeness, as they never responded to me after I sent pics of my dog and said she normally gets shaved every month, and I'm just here for a few months and that's why I called them. I have no problem paying top dollar somewhere else where my money is appreciated. I guess they just make too much money here, lol!
