When I called I was met with rude laughter and was called a liar by the uncaring manager. I never suggest anyone take their pup here. They also hire ANYONE to groom without proper schooling / training. Unfortunately I found this out later and will do more research if I take my girl anywhere ever again. After posting about my experience, I have had several others come to me with complaints and one even had their dog contract warts from dirty clippers. It's really easy to have friends and family write good reviews for you (which they did along with snarky immature posts about the situation), but I beg of you to read ALL reviews before taking your loved one to this place!

I picked up Baxter remains at our Vets place. I was so pleased how I got Baxter back. He came to us in a beautiful orn, with a note stating when he was cremated and a special note. Monetarily, I am not flush for funds, sorry about that, but should my pet now suffer the ravages of this deep pocket atmosphere? Maybe we can develope a Medicaid club for pets? Ray, is suffering and this vet has turned a deaf ear to his needs until I come up with at least $995 - $1200 for possible care.
