The ONLY things that were allowed to do were : Cut a shallot Chop some salad Pour the crime brûlée and torch it Totally inexcusable for what I paid for this class ! At one point, they had us take a 15 minute break while THEY seasoned the salmon and prepared the other food ! This class was a complete joke!
