I have been seeing Dr Edden for 3 years . Top notch care . He is very caring and interested in his patients to the full degree . I like the fact he gives you choices in your continuing care . It's always been very important to me as a RN to have options . He's extremely intelligent and knows his stuff and not pushy . I appreciate that . His assistant Jennifer is excellent . Been a patient of Dr Kadambi for for just over 3 years. He is fantastic, 10 stars!!! He takes the time to listen and really get to know me and discus treatment options. He truly seems to care which is extremely rare! I could go on forever about how amazing Dr K is! The rest of this business, from the front office, back office, scheduling and billing is an absolute nightmare: ZERO STARS!!! I'd rather smash my hand with a hammer than deal with them. They are more interested in talking to each other than doing their jobs. They are rude, snarky, unprofessional and incompetent. The DMV and TSA agents are friendlier, more patient, more compassionate and more competent than this office staff. When you call, you are on hold for a ridiculous long time. When the call finally connects you hear them talking and laughing in the background for 15-20 seconds they hang up on you. When you finally get thru to a person, they treat you like you're a burden and they're doing you a HUGE favor by scheduling an appointment. I needed a cardiac release for a medical procedure, so they asked me to come in. No problem, we'll fax it right over. After 6 weeks, multiple voicemails and even faxes from the provider requesting the release, they have not faxed it. They have two payment options, in person or US Mail. I paid bills in person and get a receipt for the payment. They cannot seem to post the payments to my account. I keep getting bills when I've already paid, and I keep taking the bill and proof of payment in to the office and they don't know what to do. Then I get a FINAL NOTICE for a bill paid MONTHS ago and the still have not idea of what to do. I am amazed they are still in business! Dr K - do yourself a huge favor and fire EVERYONE in the front/back office, scheduling and billing and get yourself some competent employees. read more

I have been calling and calling, but no one answers the phone. It just rings. The first call of the morning I was put on hold for 30 mins!! I hung up and called back, no answer. Left a voicemail with M.A. , no callback. It's the afternoon as I am writing this, after calling for the 7th time TODAY! Still no answer. AV Doctors are not serious about the healthcare needs of their patients. Hoping my insurance will change me to Cedars-Sinai; at least they actually TRY to save and extend your life. These folks up here are just clocking in for a check; no real help. They speak to you for 20 minutes after waiting an hour after your appointment, to justify those billable hours. read more

The parking lot is not safe. There are several medical people who work in this building who are reckless drivers. I was trying to get my 85 yr old USAF veteran mom to the blood lab there for blood work, and this DOCTOR in a dark gray KIA (last 3 digits of license plate - "513", came speeding into the parking lot, nearly hitting us, and parked. The office staff are the absolute WORST in the AV if that's even possible considering the level of healthcare in the AV is nearly medieval. They never called back. You can never reach the cardiologist nurse. You have to literally drive there to get service. read more

0/5, front desk is TERRIBLE, they never answer always put you on hold. You have to call all day in hopes to get a hello or even catch an assistant to speak to. Doctors are very unhelpful and do not assess any symptoms that fall into dangerous categories even if ER has suggested more work up. ER has helped me way better than this place. Unfortunately all my symptoms have progressed into a worse state & when I tell other doctors they are in shock. Have had a horrible experience here and don't recommend to anyone with a serious heart problem. My mother even had to switch to cedar Sinai from how poorly they are in looking for what is the problem with the heart. Months of no answers for her to now find out she has microvasular heart disease and POTS. So upsetting. read more

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the back-office appointment scheduler after my visit on May 2, 2025. I was shocked by the unprofessional and discourteous behavior I experienced. Upon departure, When I asked for a follow up appointment. The back office scheduler (who happens to be the office manager) gave me an appointment in the morning. However, when I asked for a later time, she proceeded to roll her eyes and made a sarcastic smirk. She was uninterested in answering my questions and seemed bothered to offer a different time. This created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. I was left with no option but to take what was offered. As a patient, I expect a welcoming and supportive environment, and unfortunately, this was not the case. I understand that staff are busy, but professional and polite communication is essential in a medical setting, especially when interacting with patients who may already be anxious. read more

AV Cardiology have good doctors but they don't return phone calls no matter what the situation is

Disorganized, uncaring, incompetent would sum up this practice. From front line staff to doctor. Horrible experience. I wish another cardiologist would open a practice here because people will die from their lack of care. read more

The worst place waited for hours because of there over booking, then they or someone lost the test results called many times no help. Finally months later they get the results and never even bothered sending to the doctor or call me. When i first had the monitor put one the nurse or whatever she was tells me wait outside the door waited and waited then tells me to go check out never really instructing fully what to do. Try calling to make a payment no call back then get some guy from India that sounds like a scam to make payment over the phone no electronic options to easily pay online. If there was an option here I would give them a minus 10 read more

I am so grateful I was able to be seen at AV Cardiology. I saw Dr. Eddin. He is very patient and understanding. He takes the time to answer your questions and concerns. He does not take offense to your questions. My test results indicated some blockage in my heart so he did a procedure that involved sending a camera into my arm and into my heart. He let me see it on the screen and it was fascinating. He was very gentle and careful and concerned how I was feeling. He is the first doctor I have seen in several years to make me feel like I am NOT in poor health and about to die if I don't take a bunch of meds. He reviewed all my meds and health issues and said although some are borderline none are that bad. He agreed and appreciated that my trying to get my other health concerns under control with diet and exercise is better than just taking more medication for them. I left feeling so happy like I will live to see my grand children. read more
