A couple days later and my beater/go kart i3 has a beautiful roof again that should last years to come while getting beat down by UV outside. Folks with BMWs that have carbon fiber roofs (i3, m3, m4) may see this happen in 7-8 years if the car sees a lot of sun. It's a common problem where the epoxy coating layer starts to delaminate from the CF. It's further expedited with moisture (rain and sun cycles). Getting the roof prepped then PPF'ed with the right material restores the aesthetic of the car and protects it from recurring. I was interested in getting a matte wrap for my new Tesla Model Y. Avel was very informative and we talked through different options. In the end I decided to go with a matte Paint Protection Film (PPF) as it was a better investment and lasted longer than a standard wrap. I also wanted my front windows tinted and black Tesla logos. I have to say, one word, will not refer ANYONE! I had my full wrap done on September 5, 2023 (Yes, not even a year). When I picked up my car there were some bubbles and some screws left in the vehicle, I didn't think too much of that. Also when I got home I notice my Performance Badge was removed. I feel this should of been mentioned by Avel and the team before I did the wrap. I had to buy a new one from Tesla. Anyways there were many things I wish Avel would of mentioned before I did the wrap, but many things he never mentioned till today! I brought my Tesla Model Y Performance back to him this week since I have notice couple areas the wrap peeled off and air gap on some edges. Avel inspected and said is because I dont wash my car often and that dust got under the wrap?! I though the wrap protects from rocks and debris but unable to protect dust?! Come on now DUST?! One of the area is on my left view mirror so the aerodynamic should not have any dust collected there unless the wrap was not done correctly from the beginning. Other areas he says to fix was to cut it off. So once you cut off the cover area of the wrap now the paint is exposed? That is not a solution! Avel continue to give me this non-sense about dust can damage everything. I know I don't built cars but come on that does not make sense. If I paid $2500 for my wrap I am not going to complain but I paid $5000 for the wrap and the warranty is useless from him and the manufacturer! I am going to report to BBB.... Now, I also found out he did not put the screws back was actually under my frunk area by the HIP battery so it is loose there so I am getting that fixed by Tesla too. Got my Lexus wrapped in INOZETEK Corsa red. Very responsive and got it done by the deadline. For the price I paid I would've expected a little better quality in the install and the installation of the body panels on the vehicle. Bumpers/ panels missing screws or different screws were used. And some panels not even installed and just put in the trunk of the vehicle. There's areas where air bubbles are visible. Also places where the wraps pealing off already. Again looks great from afar but once you get close you see all the imperfections. read more

I recommend AV Customs. I took my Tesla Plaid to them for a full body wrap. Their workmanship was very good. They met all my expectations. Seams were clean with excellent wrapping around all panels. Panel corners are clean and folded under without bunching and good under wrapping. The wrap over the entire body was done without stretching or blemishes and presents a smooth consistent color and shine. I got a phase changing color, which means as you move around the car and see it at different angles the color changes. This requires the wrap to be laid consistently over the car so color changes flow and don't jump or distort. They did this. It's what I expected and got. read more

We wanted to wrap our Range Rover, so we went with AV wraps. I wanted a dark gray matte with gloss vents, gloss roof, and gloss accents combined with a gloss powder coat for all four wheels. Plus two coats of ceramic coating. Everything came out at a reasonable price and so I made an appointment. They were quite busy when I booked an appointment; I had to wait a month before they could work on my car. It took a week for the job to be done. We are thrilled with their work combined with the price we received. I know they had some suggestions and advice on how to take care of my wrap because this vehicle is parked outside 24/7. When the car is not in use, it is fully covered with a six-layer (sun-proof, UV resistant, all weatherproof, dustproof, and scratch-resistant) cover. So far, everything has been good, and the wrap looks perfect. There are no peeling corners or cracked edges. If you cant park your car inside, I suggest looking on Amazon for a quality car cover. AV Custom Wraps is highly responsive and skilled at what they do. I've reached out to many different garages and most of them were non responsive or pretty snooty. My guess is that they weren't interested in wrapping a Mini Cooper. Luckily AV Custom Wraps responded and ended up doing such an amazing job. The wrap looks clean, it almost looks like a paint job. There are some teeny tiny air bubbles but I think that's inevitable regardless of the wrap quality. They even added a ceramic coat on top of the wrap for longevity, which other places charge $$ for. They are very honest about pricing and will never try to sell you on anything. I appreciated that about them. They really want what's best for you and your car. I also got my break calipers powder coated red and they look great and accent the car perfectly. They were also super flexible about some last minute changes (like dechroming the belt line and wrapping the grill black). I really hope this lasts. The quality of the wrap is second to none and the ceramic layers applied on top of the wrap protect it make it easy to maintain. After I took it home, I noticed the clear coat lifting on the spoiler of my car. It was not like that when I dropped it off.
