I had PPF done on my Toyota at The Detail Hut and I couldn't be happier with the results. From…read morestart to finish, the whole experience was professional, smooth, and super detail oriented. They took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident in the process. Customer service was just as impressive. Communication was clear, turnaround time was solid, and they treated my car like it was their own.If you're thinking about getting PPF or any detailing done, I highly recommend The Detail Hut. Definitely worth it!

I brought my Model Y to The Detail Hut for their Tesla PPF and tint special. Unfortunately, my…read moreoverall experience involved repeated delays, multiple rounds of rework, vehicle damage discovered during/after the rework process, and a significant issue with the windshield tint. The original estimate was about a week for PPF and tint. I dropped the car off on a Monday morning expecting to pick it up Friday evening. On Friday, after messaging multiple times without a response, I went to the shop in person and was told the car would be ready the next day. I ended up getting the car back partially completed on Saturday and had to return the following week to have PPF replaced on three panels. After that, I noticed tint issues and had to bring the car back to have three windows redone. The tint then required additional rework two more times. During/after the rework process, I also discovered damage to the car. A door card and camera housing had to be replaced. To their credit, the shop reimbursed me for those replacement costs, but it was still an issue I would not expect after paying for a professional install. I ultimately absorbed the inconvenience and cost of being without my car far longer than I had originally planned. The issue that led me to write this review was the windshield tint. I requested 70% windshield tint, but after being pulled over and cited, another shop advised that the windshield film appeared closer to 50% rather than 70%. I messaged The Detail Hut on Instagram afterward to ask about removing/replacing the windshield tint, but I did not receive a response. During that time, their account continued posting new wrap and vehicle photos. At that point, I had the film removed elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would be cautious using The Detail Hut for PPF or tint work. If you do use them, I strongly recommend documenting exactly what film is being installed, asking for the product/spec sheet up front, inspecting the car carefully before accepting it, and holding them to a high standard from the beginning.

Unfortunately this business has dropped in service and is super untrustworthy! First, I got a price for my requested services on the phone twice, and when I went to the location the sales guy, Rami, said that's not the price and was charging me $200 more than the phone price! He seems to make up random reasons for the increase and doesn't honor the price his corporate sends out. I'm willing to pay more for extra labor, but won't accept being lied to! I wanted a single piece tint on my back glass but Rami kept telling me it's not possible and trying to convince me to get something I don't want. In the end it was a discrepancy of $100 but eventually he agreed to do a single piece of tint. Now that exciting part: when I go to pick up my car the back glass has TWO pieces of tint. Exactly what I didn't want. So now Rami wasted my time, his technician's time, and tint material. Then he tried to convince me that the line was a defrost line as if I'm clueless (I'm sure he fools many customers). When we take the car to the technician turns out it's two pieces of tint and the technician claims one piece is not possible and it will peel (a complete lie since my other Model 3 has one piece tint for years, no peeling). And now they are saying they can do it if I upgraded the tint package (wow a miracle). In the end they agreed to put one piece of tint on the back glass like I asked to but now I have to come in a 3rd time and it takes 2 hours for some reason to change the tint. The whole process was incredibly wasteful and a huge hassle, and Rami made the experience very negative. I will not be coming back here with another car and really hope I don't need to use the warranty on the tint at this location. Go to another tint shop, there's tons around here.
