This was very helpful especially if you aren't as familiar with tint options. You can tell they value helping customers make informed decisions. When I emailed back with questions, their consultants responded promptly and even suggested popular tint and different PPF combinations to help guide us that fit our budget. Then when we came in for our vehicle dropoff, the front desk staff showed us examples of what each tint would actually look like on our windows. That hands-on visual made all the difference and helped us confidently choose the perfect tint for the front of our Tesla. We dropped the car off at 8:30am, and they completed everything within two full business days since we decided to do both tint and PPF. At pickup, they did a thorough walkthrough to make sure we were completely satisfied and explained everything clearly. They even schedule a follow-up appointment in a few weeks to ensure there are no issues with the tint or PPF. That level of accountability and care is very rare. There were some scratches along the inside side door that wasn't there before, tint remnants on all floor mats (front and back), and liquid residue on my leather console and sides. A bit disappointing to see after receiving my car lol I like the tint so far though.

What's nice is, I can just pay about seven dollars, to get the soap on, the wax on, and a little bit of the drying so that when I pull out from the wash, I can just wipe things down with a microfiber. A lot of people just drive out and then they do little bits of drawing that they missed and it's super easy. I usually go on a weekday, and there's at least two or three cars waiting. I definitely don't go on the weekend cause I think it's super busy.

The soap they use seem higer quality (at least compared to the other ones I go to in the area). Its thicker, foamier even from the high pressure nozzle. The other car wash place I go to wastes about 10 seconds switching from soap to rinse etc. Cant say anything about their vacuums as I havent tried them out yet. When the car was being worked on, they gave me frequent updates on progress and reached out if the job needed my input. For example they found a few small dents and provided options to fix while the car was in their shop, but seeked approval before doing so especially if additional cost was involved. At the end, I got a wrapped car that was done perfectly to my liking. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was very apparent in their work. I'm a happy customer.
