I called you a week before arriving and then changed our schedule.... you then changed your schedule to agree with ours. It's amazing that we found you in a town of only 25,000 people. And it seems that you have a good reputation as there were always customers coming and going while we were there. Your location, with the garage doors leading to the alleyway, really helped us get in and out easily. That's a big plus for your business. Oh, the stereo......it works great! The place was pretty easy to find, but definitely a place that Must stay open by word of mouth since it's not a place you would probably ever drive by. It's run out of, what appears to be, someone's garage, behind their house. The sign was small, but I knew what I was looking for so I spotted it fairly easily. My four door car cost $180 plus tax to tint all four windows plus the back window. When I picked up my car (after only 2 1/2 hours!! Really fast) there were instructions not to roll down the windows for three days, not to use any glass cleaner with ammonia, and that there may be bubbles and streaks in the tint for up to a week, which is normal. The only bubbles/streaks in the windows were on the driver side back window and were dried up by the next day. Overall, I'm very very happy with it!! It looks amazing and I would definitely recommend Exotic Designs to anyone looking to tint their windows!

Was between giving 2 stars or 3 stars…read more The good is that the customer service is good. They had no problems getting me in for warranty work. And They stand behind their product. Marco is a good salesman. The bad. First....i was sold one speaker set up. When I went to pick up my vehicle they told me the original speakers I bought didn't fit and they put different ones in without calling me or asking me. They didn't hook up all the wires for the radio so the illumination didn't work right. they've had to replace the back up camera twice in less than 3 weeks because it glitched and was unusable (not their fault. It was the brand of camera) And they've cut a hole in my license plate. Damaging it which now I'm going to have to replace. When I expressed concerns about the speakers they installed without asking me. They told me if I didn't like them they could up-sell me a subwoofer. I'll return to them for warranty work. But I'm uncertain if I'll have them preform new installs.

Very knowledgeable, and while it might take a bit of time for them to do installations, most shops are like this and they warn you upfront. Appreciate them helping me get my rig up and running w/ sound for my road trip!
