This group is great! I was recently directing a surprise flashmob with a local non-profit theater…read more-- and we needed some speakers to make this happen. I got connected with Iggy from AV Matters. We talked and he was able to find two Bluetooth speakers that would meet our needs. He initially wrote back that there was no way to push audio to both simultaneously, but then, he went above and beyond to figure out a solution for us! When I went to pick up the speakers, he was willing to adjust his time to meet me before my work shift. He not only had the speakers ready to go but also had two stands to help us elevate the sound. He also provided some straps and zip ties to make sure we could be a mobile unit with our traveling sound. Our "parade unit" with speakers wasn't your traditional AV request, so I very much appreciated his time. The cost was very reasonable as well, especially given that we are a non-profit organization. You expect the gear to be in good condition and the experience to be pleasant. That would make for a 4 star experience in my book. But, Doug went above and beyond the call of duty. From helping me pick exactly what I needed and nothing I didn't, to communicating with my insurance company to make sure they had all the information I needed in the right place so that I would be properly covered should something go wrong. I called the man at the last minute "You got a slider?" the answer was "Yup" and it was promptly picked up. My delivery guys dropped the ball so Doug brought the gear to my shooting location which was luckily not too far from his office but still, way above and beyond what I expect a gear rental business to do. The best way I can describe it is pride of work. I will ALWAYS rent from Pro Gear Orlando!
