They're never open on time -and the customer service has gone above and beyond to be rude. It is much too pricy and I feel like none of the products are what the box says. I wanted a sour apple sativa strain but the employee responded with "yeah we don't have that. Pick one that's not out of stock." And I will never ever return to this establishment. read more

Bought from here a few years back and wasn't impressed with the selection or price but decided to try them again assuming they stayed open and might of improved....... Well I don't think so considering around 5pm we went there and the doors were locked so as we stood there puzzled (we had just googled the hours) looking for hours my boyfriend notices the employee in the hallway coming out and he waves friendly, she quickly turned around and went back to the back.... The hours on the window clearly said until 9pm she just looked flat uninterested but that's fine. Guess I should of stood with my general impression, why buy from someone who doesn't value your business?!?! Shame we have to drive out of Apple Valley to go to a decent smoke shop. read more

My 'Go-To' for hookah supplies/shisha. The best variety of flavors on this side of town and service, when needed, is always very professional. Clean interior, very neat. Regular stock of all my favorite shisha and coals, open at reasonable times. Would recommend this particular smoke shop above others in the high desert. read more

A tad bit pricy but this place is gorgeous! Very sharp looking and very clean, good selection, perfect size for a smoke shop but I think they can stock more products in the front, just a lot of unused space. Also no beverage cooler, which you expect to see in a smoke shop now days... But the service and selection is great :) Oh and they charge to use credit cards so bring cash read more

Really great smoke shop, nice selection of shisha and hookah supplies. This place is really well organized and doesn't smell like most places I've been to. Very nice arrangement and clean. They also have a lot of novelty items here and a nice room with lots of cigars. I wish I would have heard of this place way before, but I will be going here from now on! read more

Very bad customer service and will not stand by their defective products. Bought a torch lighter from there and they would not replace or give me my money back due to a policy where you have the bring the lighter back the same day. I will not be back :( read more

Make sure you buy something every single time, even if they don't have what you want, or else they won't let you come back. Lady was extremely rude and kicked my husband out just because she has seen him in there 2 times before and they didn't have what he was looking for so he didn't buy anything.
