I come here every other Month and spend quite a bit of money. Then there's the drive which is hour each way for me and with today's gas prices and economy I really don't like wasting my time or my money. I came in a few days ago as I saw on the website the product that I needed was in stock. I would call ahead but no body answers the phone in my experience. I arrived about 2 hours after opening. There were 3 other customers ahead of me and only one person managing the floor. I did not catch her name but she had dirty blond hair and was very glazed over that morning. I saw her struggle with the customer before me and he didn't look to pleased with her customer service. When it was my turn,I asked about said product that I needed and she looked at her tablet and flat out said it wasn't in stock. I told her repeatedly the website said it was in stock that morning but she insisted it wasn't. I then asked about buying the ones in the display case,which there was plenty of. Once more she refused and then became argumentative and said they were for display only. I was very patient with her and then asked if it would be possible to radio the back and check again for me. Again she flat out refused. She then tried to sell me another product guaranteeing me the same high. I was not interested in it. I politely wished her a good day and I walked out of there and Jet Room lost a sale, Now I know I am only one customer,but this isn't how you do business. I have never really had problem there before in all the many years I have been coming here. Everybody there is very chill and helpful but not on this day. In my previous experiences there, who ever is working the floor makes an effort and they check the back or even sell me the ones in the display case if they come up short. I get what I need and Jet Room makes their money,it's not that complicated I went down the street to their competitors and I was able to purchase what I needed. read more

Ordered around 5 pm, then I received a call and text hours later stating my order will be delayed and if I would mind receiving it later... I agreed only to get another text that my order couldn't be delivered. Why eve accept orders when there wasn't enough help to begin with. I'm usually a good sport about waiting but this was just ridiculous, now I'm waiting for someone to pick up at the dispensary to figure out how they'll refund my order. I was offered a pre roll and 15% off my next order to compensate for the "inconvenience". My suggestion is to not order anything for after 5 pm, or simply just go into the dispensary you have better chances. read more

As a fellow budtender from the bay, any cannabis club I visit for the first time I soley focus on the customer sevice aspect. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars for this place I would! Its clean it's professional and theres a variety of products for all levels of smokers and edible enthusiasts.Its 4th of july this was the only place close so it exceeded every expectation and they have SMOKE LOUNGE awesome!!!
