When I brought them back to exchange he threw a lil b*tch fit and accused me of lying. It was the absolute worst. I called about a flavor of vape juice I was looking for and the man that answered told me they had it in stock in a 0mg which is what I asked for. I called specifically so I wouldn't waste my time going in if they weren't going to have it. So I go in, told the girl I called and she had no idea what I was talking about. They didn't have the flavor I wanted in the 0mg and I told her the man had told me 5min before that they had it, and she said "I don't know why he told you that, he's not even here". I don't expect much professionalism from a vape shop but I do expect instead of being told there's a product in stock to be told "I'm not sure, I can have someone check for you". DO NOT COME HERE. I've gotten Bang brand Vapes and a few of them for some reason go out after 10 puffs. So it will work in the store and make it seem fine. I've gotten them from other smoke shops before and it's happened to 3 out of 4 of them. I just thought it was that and got anothet brand. I go in today, figured I'll try this place again since I got couple working Vapes from here. I saw they had the bang one and the flavor I like, I know they make fakes of these too. I decided to get 2 and they both worked out the door. I get back hit it a few more times and it dies on me. I go back not more than 45 mins later and they tell me they can't do anything for me. If u guys know this happens and I know they do, they should recommend something else. My normal smoke shop where I got the 1 working Bang vape, tells me everything to watch out for and recommends me a brand and flavor I still get to this day. I'm disappointed, if you're spending $28 dollar for a disposable vape it's not cheap. to add on the guys working seemed like they don't even like people coming in. Never going back. They have great employees and great customer care but they lack any good deals. Pods and disposables for nicotine devices are a bit pricey than I'd like them to be and the store isn't the cleanest place in the world but they definitely do their best. The lady behind, counter said she showed me cord before sale & downright lied & she would, not exchange I use a C CORD NOT A MICROUSB CORD. I told her go ahead and keep that I have no use for it you ripped me off and she did and she actually kept the card and put me on the counter again so she's going to resell anyway but I'm never coming here again by someone else to come here again cuz they're they will rip you off if they sell you something that's incorrect don't give your money back or exchange it. Today the owner was very rude to me and questioned my intentions and my character as a long time customer I was very upset and hurt. I go in once a week to buy Juul mint pods 4 pack, today it was empty with no product, and simply wanted it exchanged which was like pulling teeth. I even left it unopened and let them know so they could check the other packs so it didn't happen to another customer. He has great employees Magda (Magna) is so amazing! Always kind and great to talk to, has a very sweet heart, she helped me and understood why I was upset and did the right thing and exchanged my pack and apologized even tho it wasn't her fault. I understand there are sick people out there who would fake something like this as I've worked retail, but I am not one of them. She deserves a raise for how amazing she is. As well as the taller older gentleman in there. He too is very kind and good to his people. They make the store. The younger man is also very amazing. His vibe is chill and calm collected. The owner is lucky he has good people working for him. As if it were just him they wouldn't haven't anyone if he treated the customers as he did me today. His employees all build a relationship with the customers to keep them coming back which is what makes a great business. I would give this place 5 stars based off the employees but not due to the fact how he handled it. The store is very clean and neat. And they are stocked which is great.
