Terrible. We called in advance to setup a toddler appointment. The stylist claimed she had great experience with toddlers. After cutting my son twice, and cutting herself as well, she stopped. Left with a terribly botched, half finished haircut. Told us to return a week later, and they would fix it free of charge. Sure, I understand that no big deal... Until we returned, a week later and they completely refused to cut his hair, and refused any refund the previous (incomplete) visit as well. So, we paid for a service that we never received, and this "salon" pretty much told us "oh well" that we had to pay an actual professional to repair their disaster. I had a local flavor gift certificate that I paid $40 for & it was worth $80 of salon services. They told me that they would only honor it for $40!!! That's what I paid for it! That's not a deal & the certificate is the only reason I chose this salon!! To add insult to injury, I noticed they are still selling the certificates to unsuspecting customers on local flavor!!! This business is fraudulent & I don't recommend supporting a local business that would knowingly rip people off to build up their clientele!!!! read more
