It's excellent they use Blend (excellent digital origination platform) for Home Equity Lines of Credit, but I would like to see its use expand to Home Equity Loans and, of course...purchase, refinance, and construction and renovation mortgages as well. No one seemed to care, and I was told that my claim was denied and that the funds cannot be returned to my accounts. I believe that WF has a security problem, as the perpetrator was obviously inside my online banking account when he committed this act, but no one there wanted to hear about that. Needless to say, I am very upset and disappointed that no one stepped in to help a loyal customer. The way they set up their PPP loan program, business's that lack a CPA and IT department down the hall, never had a chance to obtain a loan with their complicated filling system. You will get more help at your local McDonalds order counter with loans than from this bank. Some of their branches have just terminals inside. It's a internet banking company with a bunch of branches they inherited from past acquisitions. This is not a bank for small business.

Blake had been sick but no one else in the office was able to follow up in his absence. When I called on Friday to follow up, they offered to make an appointment with Blake for the next Monday morning, and that they would called me if there were any changes. - An hour before my appointment on Monday, I called to confirm my appointment with Blake. I was met with extremely rude customer service from Alex, who did not even let me get through my sentence before saying he would call me back when he's not with a customer. When I restated that I wanted confirmation on my appointment with Blake, he quickly confirmed it and hung up. - Upon my arrival, I was met with Alex who told me Blake wasn't here due to illness and that I would have to wait 45 minutes before being able to meet with someone else. He was neither apologetic nor helpful. He said that Blake would be in the office later that day and that Blake would give me a call then. - I did not get a follow up call from Blake. - I spoke with the branch manager who was kind, but I don't believe they will actually attend to the concerns I raised in the branch. Ultimately, their existence is for accessibility and getting customers the product they actually want in the first place. Neither of these were met. I am currently reconsidering my accounts with PNC Bank.

They have the CD on automatic renewal with no contact information how to stop the automatic renewal. Try to call, they disconnect you or conveniently say they cannot verify our identity. I tried sending a certified letter, thanks to the lovely USPS it hasn't arrived there, now it's a week late. I will keep trying to call, and will escalate the issue. It's complete insanity. If this isn't resolved by Friday I will be forced to hire an attorney.

Jordan was my cashier and seamlessly handled my three transactions. She was also extremely personable. Chase does not seem to have a strong presence in the Alabama market. Jordan, the girl at the counter, did tell me that they are expanding, especially around this area. I have been a customer of Chase for a long time. I was at first a member of Washington Mutual and when Chase purchased them I gave them a chance and it has been a very positive experience. Not only at my branch in my hometown, but since I travel a lot for work, I do try other branches and I have never had a negative experience.
