I actually hate that I felt I had to do that, but sometimes 'you just need to go to the bank.' I find the staff pleasant and helpful, and the locations convenient. However, the IT Dept can't hold a candle to my years of online and mobile banking experiences with BOA. Example...once I got used to where my bills were coming from, I opted in to online stmts because I didn't think I needed paper copies any longer. Then I had an issue and I needed a paper copy. I couldn't access one and had to get out of the online program to get one. Another example...their rewards program is so complicated I gave up on it and switched to a different card that offers better and more easily accessible rewards. For goodness sake, if they're going to offer a rewards program, why do they only allow redemption in $25 increments? It's an "ok" bank. Most certainly not my favorite financial provider.

Me: "Isn't it better to know the customer holding the debit card is in fact the actual owner of that debit card, what would you do in cases where debit cards are stolen?" It's quite challenging to get into this location. You have to just figure it out.....and fight the Wendy's traffic! The ATM worked fine and I was able to choose the currency denomination for my withdrawal. Maybe this has always been a thing but certainly new to me. I rarely ever go to the anytime teller machine.
