I think that was a lazy approach, since any computer will work great with a new drive and motherboard. Not wanting to surrender the computer to the scrap heap, I took it to NewAge Computer; they ran some diagnostics and did some real digging into the reports and realized there were some drive read errors which needed sorting out; they did it and for under $300 for their time. I have a solid working computer again. So don't give up on a computer, especially if the chain stores art telling you to trash it--see what NewAge can do!

Stay Away.. Hire this company at your own peril…read more Vivial ran Google Ads for my current client, formally theirs for years and never bothered to set up conversion tracking. When we asked why they have zero leads (see screenshot showing absolutely no leads), they praised all the many the clicks they were getting for my client. Unfortunately clicks without knowing if your clicks converted into a lead or sale means absolutely nothing. This company either took advantage of a client that didn't know anything about running Google Ads or they are incompetent. I don't know which is worse. If that's not bad enough, when requesting to transfer the Google Ads account over when we canceled their service, they lied and told me they couldn't and that they run all of their PPC accounts out of one main account with no separate login, which is ridiculous. When I challenged this (going through a few different reps) they finally admitted that the account was a normal Google account, with a normal google account number. Then when asked to transfer the account over, they refused telling me that they own the account and not my client, causing us to lose their entire history and also having to re-create the entire campaign from scratch. Just FYI, when an agency manages Google Ads for a client, the account should be kept in the client's name, not the marketing agencies name. The account should go with the client when the client leaves since the client is the one running and paying for their ads. Any business that tells you otherwise is disreputable. If you hire this company to manage your Google Ads, just know that they'll own your Google Ads account and not you. If you ever need to transfer to another agency, you're out of luck. You'll lose your entire account history, and you'll need to start everything from scratch. (campaigns, keywords, adgroups, negative keywords, which takes time to build up) This is very bad business and my advice is to run far far away from this company.

A health issue interrupted my ability to work and to pay my bill. I informed them immediately. They were slow to pass the message up the chain of command. A month later I was able to speak with a decision-maker who seemed empathetic when I told him I wanted to close my account. However, a few days later I saw that they had deducted the full monthly fee from my bank! I supposed it was a mistake - I needed the funds to make a mortgage payment. My bank helped me to get the funds back. Months later Vivial began demanding that I make payment! Now they're adding interest. Every effort to explain how the problem developed has been met with intransigence on Vivial's part. I'm disappointed.
