I got a second estimate from another company for 725, and when they came out they fixed it without replacing the motor so I spent nothing. I have a unique home and I needed some expert guidance on how to place the awnings so they would not be in the way of foot traffic. She gave me an incredibly hard time to meet this demand. -I tried to meet with someone in March on the weekend since this is not our primary residence. I was told they could not accommodate, and then was berated when she called and asked if I was there on a Saturday and was not. In April when we finally met in the middle of the week, I was told that I had to pay an extra fee because now it was prime season. Also it would take 8 weeks. I said ok. IT TOOK 16 WEEKS!! I just got them up in August. -I was not informed that the awning were being installed. I only knew from our cameras. -Owner demanded a final payment when I was already down the shore. (this was not communicated or I would have been prepared) Again this is not my primary residence. I do not carry my checkbook and she would not take venmo or Zelle. - I was told this was a slow time and needed payment and when I rebutted that she told me it was busy,she said "It's a slow time for payment and needed to make payroll due to having paid alot of taxes lately"--NOT MY PROBLEM
