Moving along, I gave Rick a call based on a recommendation from another company who couldn't meet the timeline we needed the repairs done. To me, that says a lot about a person. His competitors are supplying him with business, so now their reputation is on the line too. Rick was great about following up with me and scheduling the work within a few days.
