I can't recommend Jesse enough. Our A/C unit died Friday morning. It's July in Georgia so by the time the afternoon rolled around, it was up to 89 degrees inside of our house. I found Jesse on Yelp and sent rate requests to a bunch of other companies as well and he was the first to get back to us. His rate to come out and inspect the unit was about 1/2 the cost of everyone else's so that was a huge plus. We talked to him on the phone and he was very polite and professional. We explained to him what was going on with the unit and he was great, giving us a clear best-case scenario and worst-case scenario cost range for repairs so that we knew exactly what we were looking at paying. Obviously, that alleviated a lot of uncertainty and anxiety. He came to our house on the Hill later that evening after we were done with work and had our A/C working again in probably 15-20 minutes and at very close to the lowest, best-case-scenario cost he'd quoted us. Jesse is a good guy to work with. I discovered that my new carrier two ton system had a leak after it had been sitting for 2 years. I requested quotes from a few vendors and all of them were suggesting that I replace the system for thousands of dollars. Jessie recommended a repair of the system including a larger return and ducts for thousands less. I highly recommend these guys. Jesse and his team were honest, dependable and reasonably priced. .J&J is good as It gets , I call J&J thinking my AC Unit needed some freon because it wasnt blowing cool air ,off the bat he asked me was my unit out side on and it wasn't . He came wright over and fixed the problem in 45 minutes and even did extra work my unit needed insulation replaced were the dog ate it ,he went as far as replacing the insulation and taping up loose wires making sure every thing was back in place .I was so happy because it was a very hot day. Professional, reliable and very knowledgeable. I live out in Aiken County and called them to repair an issue I was having with my A/C unit. It's an older unit that was having trouble holding freon and staying cool. Jessie was prompt and courteous and took care of the leak and refilled the freon for me.
