I was sent a letter in the mail quoting me at $550 a year for home insurance with pretty decent…read morecoverage. When I called it was a completely different price that was almost 3x what they had mentioned in the letter. The lady I was speaking with told me that the letters they sent out are basically flyers to get people to call in but that those prices are not actually valid and that the actual prices are revealed once they go through their system on the phone. Pretty blatant case of false advertising. I need an insurance provider that has my back, not one trying to manipulate potential customers into calling in with false claims. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
