When I called it was a completely different price that was almost 3x what they had mentioned in the letter. The lady I was speaking with told me that the letters they sent out are basically flyers to get people to call in but that those prices are not actually valid and that the actual prices are revealed once they go through their system on the phone. Pretty blatant case of false advertising. I need an insurance provider that has my back, not one trying to manipulate potential customers into calling in with false claims. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Being a Real Estate I come across many Insurance agents that are great they get the job done…read morehowever, as a Real Estate Agent I am extremely busy and when I need quotes or Binders etc I need them like yesterday lol. I called this particular agency and spoke with Jerrie Salvaggio told her what I needed and needed it within 30 minutes Before I called this agency I spoke with an agency that I typically do business with and they COULD NOT get that quote and binder to me as quickly as I needed it because it was 5:00pm and I am sure the office was closed etc. I then reached out to this agency and spoke with Jerrie Salvaggio and not only did I get the quote I needed but I received the Binder for my client within the 30 minute timeframe I needed it and the quote was significantly lower than what I typically get. My clients were happy I was happy and so appreciative that Jerrie took the time to help my client out and then called to follow up the very next morning to make sure everything went well.
