I tried writing a review for this shop a couple months ago, and I don't really know what happened but I wanted to make sure that I left one. Honestly I saw lot of bad reviews about this place made me super hesitant about coming, but what a diamond I the rough! Everyone was super friendly, I loved all the nooks at the shop! I bought my first tarot card deck here, and I got some incense. My friends and myself spent hours going threw all the different spiritual genres. I wish I could say I got into the store. They have a waiting time for capacity which I understand. Since it was raining I didn't want to wait outside in a Florida rain. So they told me to give them my name and number which I did and they told me I could wait in the car. I went to my car and I had to rush to the restroom to the publix across the street so I went. As I'm getting out they called me so I told the lady I will be there in less than 2 mins as I was crossing the street. She told me they couldn't wait and they had to move to the next person in the waiting list I told her I was literally running to get there, but I'm not gonna kill myself to cross the street. She said unfortunately she couldn't wait even 1 min and move to the next person. I like crystals and I have a collection hoping to visit the store. But if they could not wait 1 min for me to get there in the middle of the rain there is really no empathy for customers that are waiting in the rain I really don't want to go in there. I can guarantee that the next person in the parking lot in their car would have taken the same time. Very bad customer service. read more

Been here a few times with friends, you could definitely spend hours here just looking at stones, books, oils, etc. very nice staff and interesting pieces . This is my to go place for all my metaphysical / spiritual supplies. Having everything I need from crystals to oils to incense and herbs and so much more... jewelry, books, statues, boxes etc... They will even dress your candles, or put together a special bath or herb mixture for you. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They only hire the most knowledgeable staff who is very familiar with spirituality and the craft and the magical meanings behind all that they sell. If one by chance does not know they will find out right away, but I have never ran into this problem as someone always knows. I take my 2 yr old toddler who can be high energy and loud and doesn't seem to bother anyone which makes me glad as I have no other alternative than to take her with me. They always have all that I need and a large selection to choose from. The energy is great and the floor plan works and is grouped into what your looking for. It is usually pretty busy in here so don't come if in a rush. They close at 7 so be sure to get there with plenty of time to spare. Parking can sometimes be congested but there is always a place to park whether it be in their parking lot or the lower level parking area. read more

I've noticed they're very biased about the kind of customers they're attentive to. I've seen them be friendly and converse with customers who have a certain aesthetic but if you're outside of that they're kind of cold to you. There were homeless men in the store that got better customer service than me and I patronize their store alot. So over businesses subconsciously being standoffish to their poc clientele, you portray yourself as one way but act extremely closeminded towards people different than you. read more

After passing this store several times, my curiosity finally won over and I went inside. I liked it! It is an interesting store that has a good vibe, well stocked New Age library, and numerous eclectic items. I found the staff to be friendly, and more than willing to answer my questions. I noticed some reviewers are upset, because they were not greeted at the door. The layout of the store/house is not ideal for a door greeter, and quite frankly a "door greeter" would not go with with the spirit of the establishment. read more

I love this place. It was the first holistic shop that actually made me feel welcomed and actually took the time to answer my questions being that I was just beginning my spiritual journey. However, the last time I visited the shop the energy was off and the staff was not who I typically see there. I came on here to write about my concerns and it's funny because another 1 star review **MAY** actually be talking about the same person who I am about to write about. This happened a little over a month ago, but has been eating at me ever since and I haven't returned because of this. Two femme presenting people, one tall with short wavy dark brown hair and the other short with brown curly hair and glasses, were unfriendly and rude. I didn't think much of it bc this has happened to me before at another holistic shop bc I simply asked a question because I'm still learning. I was at the register patiently waiting to be checked out when the tall person with the short hair told the other person that they needed "eyes in the back," to which the shorter person responded with an "oh yeah, I see" and sucked their teeth. I'm not an idiot, their behavior and their body language said it all. The only two guests that were in the back were the ONLY two black people in the store. I am disgusted by their very obvious racism. I have not seen these staff members before, but I hope that someone sees this review and you discuss racial discrimination in your store. read more

I love this store so much! Sometimes I visit just for a little pick me up because the energy is so good and the people who work here are so helpful, kind, and non-judgmental. Even when the store is busy the staff will help you find anything you are looking for and will spend time to answer all of your questions as if you're the only person in the store. Got to say, this store is very very nice. I like how they do not hover over you, but let you simply enjoy their store. I do agree they need to work on their greetings when customers walk in, we went twice within one week and neither time did ANY staff acknowledge or greet us.. but the one time we did make a purchase they were friendly, but still not quite as attentive or passionate about their customers as other stores. The energy in this place is dark. It is very dusty. The merchandise is overpriced. The stones, spheres and scrying objects are exposed for all to touch and are full of fingerprints. The jewelry is generic. Two staff members have extreme body order. Additionally, the owner or manager seemed very "startled" when asked a question about a simple object of spirituality. i used to come here a lot and loved it, it was my special space that i could enjoy and show my friends. but i've spent multiple hundreds of dollars there for products that end up being cheap and break within 2 weeks of when i purchased. when i tried to come back and see if they could compensate me or even exchange the product the manager refused my service in a very very rude and unprofessional way. obviously care more about changing 30-100 dollars on jewelry that only wears for a week or two than good service for long term paying customers. honestly don't think i'll ever go back... read more

I love this place. Probably one of my favorite parts about Orlando. The store is one of the largest I've seen of its type and the employees are super friendly and always willing to help. I appreciate the large amount of spiritualities that can be found here as well. I always make sure to bring my close friends here and they love it as well.
