I'm standing there thinking " if your lazy self doesn't want to fit him in while your clients color processes and make a quick $40 then okayyyyy." We went to Cleveland walked right in to a salon where the NICEST women got him in and out in 8 mins and he tipped her $100. I don't care that you are the only salon in town... be friendly and offer any type of alternative instead of just standing there like a lazy toad.
