The owner and operator is horrible on all levels and extremely unprofessional. My friend, the BRIDE, was rushed through the service because the owner had to get to a baseball game for her child. AS SOON AS SHE LEFT HER EYELASHES STARTED FALLING OUT IN CLUMPS!! The owner REFUSED to come back to her she-shed at her house to fix them. The owner told the BRIDE for her to come back the next day (day she is getting married) at 10.... wedding is 2.... think about it.... getting ready for your wedding and you have to drive out of your way to get your eyelashes repaired... like ANYONE would have had the time to do that. The owner REFUSED to compromise by coming to the wedding site that morning to repair the lashes. She has also refused to give her a refund and it's been 2 weeks. I have put off writing this review to give her the benefit of the doubt. Now she refuses to respond to messages. Don't get me wrong caring for children needs are important but you must not make a commitment you can not keep to customers. Next time she needs to choose to manage her time wisely to avoid ruining another special occasion for someone or at least adding unneeded stress to an already stressful situation.
