The second time I went, again, it was because the other salon I tried to go to was completely packed. Meanwhile, this salon was empty again. I told the nail lady that I had to be out by a certain time. She was working on my manicure and the nail polish kept splitting when drying. She thought it was because I didn't wash my hands so I washed again and she tried again and it split again (literally looked like pink zebra stripes). This tells me their products were not quality! Red flag. I didn't want to keep wasting time so I had her do my pedicure. There wasn't any more time to try my nails again after the pedi, so I went to checkout. They charged me full price as if a manicure was done! I said that doesn't seem right, since it wasn't my fault the nail polish did that and I told them I would do them the favor and return in a few days for them to finish the job! Days later I returned and, once again (this was the THIRD time) the polish split on my nails. It was ridiculous at that point and a complete waste of MY time. I said just give me something that works and they changed a few things and it finally didn't split but the manicure was not neat at all. There were air bubbles and an uneven application. I had them done on a Friday; I didn't go out or do anything that day and Saturday I was out of the house all day. Come Sunday, only two days later, my nails are already peeling.
