After vetting a few contractors I decided to work with Anthony in 2019. His crew was fast and did great work. 1100 square foot addition with most of it being a mother-in-law unit. Fast Forward to November 2024. My house was hit hard by the Bomb Cyclone. Dealing with the insurance was a headache I was not familiar with. Anthony really helped me out keeping the repairs under the budgeted amount from my insurance company. I trust Anthony and him being honest and up front with repair costs. I've dealt with some other contractors that had some moving goalposts as far as cost of work. I highly recommend NW Quality construction for your project or repair needs!

I had Seismic Northwest install a reinforcing beam, drywall work, and electrical. They did a great…read morejob with the beam and the drywall work, the electrical was another matter. Long story short, I requested that all of the new connections be made in boxes that were accessible, such that if there is ever an issue, the connection points are easily discoverable and accessible. Despite the communication, the net result was that they left 2 hidden connections in the ceiling, and what's worse, they used 14 gauge wire on a 20 amp circuit. While communicating about the boxes etc, they were not honest on 2 different occasions; once where I had to push back for them to expose a connection that was hidden, and another time when I discovered the hidden connections they created in order to expose a connection in box. I had another electrician come out to fix the issues after I discovered the hidden connections and 14 gauge wire. Now, for what is worth, I don't know how much the issue stemmed from Rocky or the crew he had on the job. If they just did the structural work and the drywall, I'd easily give them 5 stars, but because of the unfortunate experience with their electrical work, I had to bring it down to 2 stars. If they just did electrical, I would have easily given then 1.

Tony and his crew were a pleasure to have around and you could tell they were having fun working together. I hired them to clean my roof and apply moss treatment. The workers did not arrive at the time…read morescheduled, instead I had to call when they did not show 30 minutes after the appointment to check on it. They told me over the phone they were delayed by another job and sounded like they forgot about it. They sent a crew of 3 later in the day to clean the roof. I paid and assumed the roof was good, but when I looked it over the next day, I noticed they didn't remove any of the moss, just gave it a light sweeping and rinse. I ended up cleaning the roof by myself, which took about 2 hours. In my opinion this business is not professional and doesn't do quality work
