They gave me a ball park price, and directed me to the showroom. I wanted flooring that matched the other room of the house. I was provided with samples (kind of large slabs), and was free to bring back the samples whenever it was convenient to me. Overall, they were relaxing to work with and not pushy at all. I made the date for them to come to rip the carpet out, and install the flooring. They were able to complete one room in one day. My request was finished within 3 weeks of contacting David's flooring. The additional great thing is that since my floor was already pretty level, the need to level out my flooring was cleared out of my invoice. So, they gave really great estimates. There were no hidden fees or surprises when I worked with them. Overall, that room was about 2k. The convenience and quickness was really worth it to me. Additionally, they removed and reinstall the baseboards which makes the finish much more professional look.

He came and did the work in one hour, did not reduce his fee and did a sloppy job. The caulking separated around the bath tub, not once but twice and the last time his bill exceeded over $2000.00. Then his caulking on the vanity tile cracked after he applied some while paint. We I called him, he yelled and me, raised his voice, and was very disrespectful. He refund to redo the calking, we have to hire someone else. He did come back to fix the vanity and did it in 5 minutes and was out the door. His appearance is as bad as his attitude. I asked him if it was important to have a happy customer and that is what made him come back. He does sloppy work, does not care and is a bully. He complained to us about finding good employees and said he did the work himself but his work is terrible. We would never recommend him for any work where quality and dedication to perfection is a requirement. You can tell when you talk with him what you are dealing with. We overlooked it until he refused to do a good job for his he was paid $350.00 per hour. Now, some of the work needs to be redone. Oh, and he asked to be paid in cash. We agreed but I would never do that again because your only resource for collection back is small claims court. His work is so bad, his prices are so high, he is always available. Avoid this man and this company at all cost. He is a one man show.

I called Samir for an estimate to repair some major etching on a polished marble table I thought was going to require a major fix. He responded immediately and came out the following day. He took a look at the table, determined it was an easy fix and went right to work. The table is back to looking beautiful and it was all done for free!!! He never did. He billed $270 total for 20mins of his time. I had expressed my concerns that the job was not done and asked if i could get a discount. He refused. Although i liked his work, he couldn't help to reduce the cost. I'll take my business elsewhere. We all get screwed over at some point i thought this guy would work with me but nope. Another story of a guy on his high horse screwing the small man over.
