It has that flavor and concentration you expect especially phin filter with condensed milk. The rock and roll beef is a good choice too. The steak cubes are tender and has the nice accompaniment of onions, tomatoes and cucumber. The sauce packed that nice garlic punch which the steak absorb. The fried rice is a nice upgrade from regular white rice but both would be good choices. Overall it was a nice visit to Pho Hoang. It was very straightforward and our server was nice too. No complaints. From my personal experience of drinking Vietnamese coffee for years, I think my tolerance is much stronger to it and found this one today as concentrated but not as bold like I am used too. But this is still very good. There are some staple dishes offered and seen also include a fried fish platter and a few other additions. No desserts on the menu and strictly just classic Vietnamese dishes.

They said they could promptly prepare our food and they would be right out. They certainly did not disappoint :) ! Our pho bowls and spring rolls were served quickly to us within 15 minutes :D ! And the food was absolutely delicious :D ! The beef was very tender and the pho broth was hot and rich :) ! We were really happy that they prepared such quality food within a short period of time, and also managed to deliver top-notch excellent customer service :D ! The building may look small, but the interior begs to differ somewhat. This is the third time I use "Vietnamese," but what's so unique about this eatery is that it also offers Thai dishes. I decided to do both for my first visit; I ordered a Vietnamese grilled pork rice plate and Thai chicken skewers. My orders arrived at my table at the same time, which I thought was nice. Regarding the skewers, the chicken was pretty sizable. It was so tender that it came off the stick after a bite or two. I must admit it was dry, but still a nice way to start a meal. As for the main star of the show, the rice plate, I have nothing but immense love for it. The kitchen staff wasn't stingy with the amount of meat they placed on the plate. Tender just like the chicken, the grilled pork carried a sweet taste that got even better when dipped in the accompanying fish sauce. Oh, I forgot to mention the skewers and the rice plate had cucumbers, which raised the tangy factor. I capped everything off with fried banana and vanilla ice cream. A man who I assumed was the owner of the place acted as my server. He did an outstanding job, refilling my drink and giving me extra napkins. By my estimate, Basil House is the closest Vietnamese restaurant to my house. No need to travel at least ten miles if I want my fill in ice plates, spring rolls, or even pho.

Ambiance- Simple design with no grandeur or anything, but a restaurant doesn't always need to be crazy with the decorations to be a good setting for a meal. The tables are fairly clean with no smell overall. Little V is overall a great place to enjoy great food. All of my critiques were just tiny nitpicks at an otherwise amazing establishment.
