    Brisket pho

Love coming here! It is the best pho I've had! The noodles are cooked to order which makes a big difference. The broth has a unique and delicious flavor! The service has always been great, it is family owned and they are very friendly.

I've eaten here four times. I have had the Banh Mi, lamb chops and Pho. Today is the fourth time over the past month or so. Every meal I've had here has been spot on. The Banh Mi was huge, the bread was crispy and inside fresh and soft the meat was tasty as well as seasoned as I asked (spicy). The three lamb chops on a huge mound of fried rice were prepared as asked (med rare) they were nice sized and tasted as good as a $60 entree anywhere in the city except with one extra lion chop. The Pho was outstanding! The bone broth was some of the best I've had and was told they make it from scratch and takes a long time. I recommend this place without a problem! Tonight was shrimp & noodles

Absolutely the best margaritas, over and over, we have ever had in Texas, Mexico, and everywhere else we drink on this planet! Ken is always ready to make them just the way we like them and will make yours with other flavors Ke and Lien run a relaxing place to have all hand crafted delicious food with No preservatives spring rolls, vermicelli with pork, chicken, shrimp and all the fixings we love it here adds to our several great places to eat and enjoy company in Kemah, League City, Snd Clear Lake Shores

Pork spring rolls and salmon vermicelli

Super Fantastic! I've eaten at Ava's several times and have never been disappointed. I've had brisket Pho (4 times, cuz it's that good!), tofu and chicken fried rice, pork spring roll, and salmon vermicelli. If you like it spicy, i highly recommend getting a side of their Chile oil. It elevates the dishes to another level. Their cocktails are great as well. Give them a try! Picture is of latest dishes.

Food tastes okay, but the everything is tiny. I get inflation and all but for what I paid here (it was my first time) I could have gotten double portion sizes at the Chinese restaurant down the street. The staff was very nice and welcoming, I just wish I could have loved everything about this place.

Their fresh, delicious food and milk tea with boba were ready in a jiffy, and the staff was friendly, courteous, and welcoming. So excited to have this restaurant near my home! Came to try Pho Barr for the first time today…read more We ordered the Bò Lúc Lắc on the hot stone plate and the Bún Bò Huế. The Bún Bò Huế lacked the traditional rich flavor I'm used to, but it tasted clean and wasn't oily. It also didn't include the traditional pork blood, but mixing in shrimp paste, lime, fish sauce, and chili helped bring it closer to the authentic flavor. The food stayed hot in the metal bowl which was nice. The Bò Lúc Lắc arrived hot and sizzling, just as advertised. The beef was flavorful and cooked well. One thing to note is that it came with white rice rather than the fried rice shown on the menu description. The food was good, and I'd probably come back, but I'd try a different location because the service at this one was disappointing and ruined the experience. Andrew was very helpful, but the other two employees spent most of the time on their phones with their backs turned toward the dining room, making it difficult to get their attention. We had to get up ourselves to ask for a water refill. While in the middle of eating, one of the girls brought our check and said, "Whenever you're ready, no rush." It felt like we were being rushed out while I was still actively eating and it wasn't busy. What was especially disappointing was that she never asked how our food was or whether we wanted to order anything else before closing out our tab. I had planned on ordering a drink after my meal, but after that experience, I decided I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the service left a lot to be desired. Better hospitality would have made a big difference.

We love the food here, just wish the customer service was a bit more helpful. No one is rude. It just feels like they're focused on getting the food out rather than answering questions. For me, service is part of the overall experience. One example, the menu doesn't list ingredients for the shaking beef banh mi. I asked what was in it and got a pretty vague answer like "beef" and a few other items. When it came out, it had sour cream, which wasn't mentioned. I can eat it, just not my preference, so it would've been nice to know upfront. * Garlic wings - according to my wife, absolutely amazing * Pork & egg banh mi - really good and fully loaded * Egg rolls - good size and fried perfectly * Char siu pork stir fried noodles - nice kick from the black pepper * Shrimp fried rice - simple but flavorful * Shaking beef banh mi - different from what I usually get (with rice), still tasty overall The inside is tight and not really suited for big groups--more of a quick in-and-out kind of place.

I ordered the stir fried noodle with Sweet chili wings and to pork tacos that are the size of a size 6 in a woman's shoe. Stuffed with meaty goodness and topped with fresh cilantro, onions and their salsa all wrapped in comfort with corn tortillas and then wrapped in shiny foil paper. The wait for online orders is about a 25-30 minutes as it is a tiny kitchen, serving HUGE flavors. The place is always popping with guest enjoying their libations and soaking it up with the cuisine. Small, outside seating available with nice couches and bar tables to feast. I highly recommend if you haven't partook already. Love the ambiance, love the people. These people cook like how Jesus loves people.
