I've always wanted to go here for a pedicure but when I saw my Yelpie friend do a check in here, I decided to try it out! I asked for a spa pedicure with the oil, hot stones, and warm towel compress on you feet - very relaxing! The ladies were very nice and pleasant! The pedicure bowls were lined with disposable plastic lining which made my mind at ease. Their chairs had the automated massage options which is always a plus! It was busy with people but the staff didn't make you feel that you were rushed. It's a very laid back and clean environment that has relaxing music and made me feel relaxed as well! read more

Very clean, modern, and large salon! I went early afternoon on a week day and was the only client. They certainly took their time! I got a spa pedicure. The crystals in the leg scrub used did not dissolve the entire massage! The only negative I had was there was no nail dryer. The polish dried perfectly sitting still for a while though. EDIT - there is now a UV light nail dryer. read more

My nails look nice BUT.. I went in with my friend and she got a full set with shellac while I just got a refill with shellac. I should have been finished first since no tips where added but I finished after my friend when they started on me first. She was charged 50 dollars (which is normal) while I was charged 40!!!!! 40 dollars is so overpriced for a refill with shellac. Will not be going back.. read more

It's very nice they do a great job and everything, but I got my eyebrows done and nails. The nails were great but the eyebrows not so much they didn't trim or anything they just waxed and my eyebrows were totally different shapes . And it's very over priced when I go to other places that do the same exact thing it comes out to abt 75$ this place charged me 95$ that's a 40$ difference and that's to high in my opinion read more

When my friend and I walked into this nail salon we were pretty much ignored. After waiting a near half an hour for service, they had us choose our nail colors and then wait an extra half hour. Finally after we were seated, our tech just rushed our nails, they didn't clean off our nails, and glued on the fake nail with the nail dust still on my finger. They did a meh job. What really bothered me was the fact that we were charged over $12 over what they advertised. For my full set it ended up being $47 even though the sign only said $35. I'm very unhappy with the price, and the service was pretty meh. read more

I made an appointment for late in the day-the experience was rushed and the result was okay, but not great.

Stay away from this location. I was displeased with my nail coat and was told that next time someone else should do my nails. There will be no next time. When I asked to speak to a manager they replied they didn't have one. Nasty and rude! read more

I have been two or three times for mani and pedi and They do a great job. Zoey is my favorite.

Overall nice ambiance and equipment. I have only visited once, to get a spa pedicure. Prices are decent, $45 for spa pedi. The service however is very rushed. Considering I was the only person in the entire shop, when I arrived, I was out of there in 30 mins. A good spa pedi should be at least 45 minutes in my opinion. read more

AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!! Stay away!!! There are far too many nail salons in Baton Rouge to suffer through this miserable experience. I attempted to visit this salon on a Friday around 5:30. Most salons would be packed around this time, so I should have known to walk out when I walked in and noticed the salon completely empty. I proceeded to give this place a chance, as I am new to the area and searching for a salon home. I asked for pedicure. I was immediately rushed to the chair where an older lady, with heavily drawn on eyebrows, began working on my feet before I could even sit down. She did not ask if I wanted a cut down, she pulled out clippers and clipped all of my toe nails uneven. When I politely asked the tech to file them evenly, she began to shout out at me. Literally, all I ask is that she file two of my nails a little more straighter. I calmly told her that it was not my intent to offend her but she clipped my nails unevenly, and I'm requesting she file the two nails evenly. She refused and told me I needed to leave her shop. I was in the shop for a maximum of five minutes before I was yelled at and told I had to leave. I have never in my life experienced such a thing. As I was putting on my shoes to leave, I noticed that none of the instruments were sterilized. The instruments looked as if they had been sitting out all day, and used on somebody before me. STAY AWAY!!!! This salon is absolutely awful and empty for a reason. I hope this shop closes down! read more

Really liked this salon. Very clean, pleasant experience. I always get the dipping powder because the shellac is too hard on my nails. The only problem with that is usually lack of options when it comes to choosing a color, but this salon had more than enough choices. read more

I've been to a few different nail salons in Baton Rouge, and this one is definitely the best one I've been to yet! They always do an awesome job, and the staff is all very nice. I religiously go every two weeks to get gel manicure, and most places that I go to after two weeks they look like they need to be redone because they've been chipped or worn. However, with Avatar, after two weeks my nails still look perfect with no chips. read more
