It has a great atmosphere but weirdly quiet in the pedicure area. There isn't any background music and no one was having conversations, except for the lady talking on her phone . Quiet is good though if you want to read a book while having your nails done. Very efficient and nice job on my nails. Easy to get an appointment online as well. Reasonable price as well. $43 for a classic pedicure.

I went here needing a mani and pedi. But after getting a pedi, I was completely done. Paid and left. My water was cold from the start, but my tech didn't speak any english. So everything I said, she had to call someone else over. And even then, there was a language barrier. She started cutting without asking if I wanted them shorter. Used the a nail file on top to remove the extra polish. Which hurt. Used a filing block aggressively on my nails but it was also on my skin which hurt! massaged my legs like she was trying to break them and scrubbed the bottom of my feet way too harsh. I have never been so frustrated with a service in my entire life. It's a beautiful place, and that will get you in the door, but that's about it.

Boujee !!! This salon was so nice and professional. I came in with my aunt who recently was injured and everyone at the salon was amazing with her. They were really quick but we never felt rushed. Can't wait to go back

Gel Classic Manicure w Gel Polish. Color: OPI - WAS IT ALL JUST A DREAM?

Had good COVID-19 procedures. Made an appointment online, had my temperature checked at the door, sanitized outside, required to wear a mask the whole time. Gel manicure came out to $37. Great selection of colors. The services are a tad bit higher than the average salon, but I believe it's due to the experience. Really great environment and felt relaxed the whole time. Very quiet, doesn't have that typical salon smell, finished quickly but wasn't rushed, and my technician did not talk much, which I prefer.

I had booked a nail appointment for my two young daughters and myself for Saturday morning. It was supposed to be a rare treat for them but after paying $200 and receiving half the service of other nail salons, I must say that I am never going back. When we arrived, we were asked to pick our pedicure colors and go and sit on the chairs. The water for my foot bath was cold when I put my feet in and I told the nail technician that. She just started the hot tap for a little bit but continued to do my feet in the cold water. My 5 year old sat for 15 minutes in a corner without anyone attending to her and finally someone came after I asked repeatedly. My technician was pleasant but didn't speak much except asking me their ages and said, " Only two girls? No boys?" Looked a little disappointed when I said "no." She was rushed while doing the cuticles and one of my big toes has swelling and pain in the nail bed today. Then the owner came around with no smile, smacking gum, and asked, "what do you want to drink?". I had no idea what they had to offer and she didn't seem too welcoming so I declined. I did see the owner being very friendly later with a few of the other clients (probably long time customers) and offering them champagne. They moved my girls to get their manicure done while they were finishing my pedicure and after they were done they were just ignored and not offered anything. During this time, my little one's toe nail polish came off and since I wasn't seated next to them, and no one was paying any attention to them, she was too shy to tell them that. Then they took forever to understand what I wanted for my manicure (nothing complicated), it felt like they were rushed and I was inconveniencing them. Finally she did my nails and it was different from what I wanted and since she didn't speak much English, it was futile to explain to her. For the almost $45 manicure for me, I got a hurried hand massage after the nails were done and that too after I asked. I did see them providing additional services to other manicure customers but there was just no point asking about that. (See the picture below for my '2 week' shellac job taken the day after.) And at this point I was just ready to get done and leave. I collected my girls who thought they were going to get pampered, but were left ignored. There were no "byes" or "come again", we just paid and left. All of this was so mistimed and impersonal that it totally ruined the experience and the expectations I had for spending some quality time with my girls. For half the price I could have gone to another salon and had a better experience. It's a beautiful salon with lovely decorations but to me it felt like an assembly line in a factory. Definitely not a boutique experience I thought we'll get at that price point. (They agreed to fix my little girl's polish when I called them back after she told me in the car but they are closed on Sunday and Monday and I really don't have the heart to go and get treated the same way again. I will just remove the $30 'petit pedicure' and repaint at home.)

Clear pink gel polish to start off my new internship!

Service was fast but they wouldn't do gel polish on my toe nails! The polish they put on rubbed off pretty much as soon as I left :(

She even apologized for not immediately greeting me due to taking a phone call. That is how customer service is done! The other woman standing next to her had no excuse. I waited in the waiting area for about ten minutes. The decor was nice and not overdone. I was called back to a station and waited for a little more than ten minutes. There was music playing and TVs playing without sound; I wished they added the captions because otherwise, what is the point of the TV-- many people do not read lips. I met my technician. She was not particularly welcoming and was not a conversationalist as I have experienced elsewhere. However, I could see she was experienced with her craft. I mentioned an allergy that kept me from using certain products. I also mentioned a medical condition. Though I do not think the condition was understood, as it was not acknowledged or questioned for explanation, it actually did not become a problem during the session. As an introvert, I was hoping the stations were going to be a little spread a part. They were not. I appreciated the purse hook to avoid sitting the purse on the floor, though! Some salons do not have sinks for handwashing, but this salon does, which I like. No beverage was offered. No greetings or smiles from other staff members passing by during the wait. This is the first salon of this size that I have visited that has a small selection of polish colors, gel and non-gel. I was actually shocked. We settled on the American tip. I loved how the technician shaped my nails and exercised care during the manicure. No dust collector was used during filing, though-- I definitely had to clean my nose at home after breathing all that. I loved her attention to the cuticle work and hangnail cleanup. However, when she asked if I was liking the tips, I affirmed but asked if she thought the tips should be extended to cover my natural tips. She said no, and they were good. I took her professional opinion. I did not feel rushed until it was time to dry. She added something to my nails at the drying station, and I felt okay until my fingers started itching towards the end of drying. I also wondered why I needed UV. The itching worsened while in my vehicle leaving, which is when I noticed with the sunlight the negative space between the smile line and drawn tips. Jeez. It was about an hour before I could get home and get some hydrocortisone cream for my fingers. That was not a mistake. I cleaned polish from underneath two nails and tried to fix one tip on my right hand.
