We were visiting the area and after we visited the church we decided to stroll the campus. It is a wonderful place in the middle of nowhere surrounded by a church, shops, lakes, grocery and houses everywhere. It appears that things are still developing so the school will probably grow in the years to come. I was surprised that they also have sports teams and complexes to support them. If you have a child looking for a college you should look at this one. read more

My son attends this school and during the Coronavirus pandemic when all the classes went to eLearning and legislature called for colleges to give refunds. I am a single mom out of work due to the pandemic and they still charged me for his room and board even though he came home. They took $600 from my account to pay for my son room and board payment for rest of year when he's no longer there. Who does that. I'm am in complete shock and dismay. read more

I have not attended here, but after seeing the campus and meeting the people I am very impressed. They were kind, welcoming and seemed genuinely dedicated to their education. The class size is small with a 15 to 1 student teacher ratio, and the overall campus size in students is 1100. 80% of the professors have doctorates and are graduates from top Ivy league universities. If you want to send your kids away to church prison with no outside contact this school is perfect. It is in the middle of the everglades with nothing for miles. If your child is self motivated, needs zero supervision and can function without any entertainment without turning to drinking or worse they will be fine. If they require supervision look elsewhere. The one star I gave was for the church, there is nothing else. In 20 years it may be a University to consider but there are much better places for your kids, mine just transferred. read more

The financial aid process has been awful. Nobody seems to have a simple answer. My son and I have been working on the financial aid for months and it is yet to be resolved. read more

My sister started classes here. All I can say is wow. Wish I could have gone--beautiful growing town that will only get better. The school is dedicated to the students and helping them succeed, small classes taught by very educated professors. The school will have growing pains as is expected but dedication, determination and drive to provide a solid liberal arts education in a beautiful environment will produce exceptional individuals for years to come. Oh, and yes it is a Catholic university so they do prompt Catholicism so no surprises here. read more
