Still in disbelief, so much so that my mom & sisters & I are just laughing in amazed disbelief. We just walked out of the store & were followed out by the owner yelling at us; "You are Stupid white people, you are idiots, don't ever come back"... I guess because we decided to hold onto his card & come back later to order the flowers he originally offered to sell to us before realizing he had no more than the 1 sample. (I wish I had thought to bring out my phone & video it- but I was just too surprised & totally floored! Was this actually happening? (*rub eyes, blink, shake head, repeat*) We sat in his store for AN HOUR while he had employees run to different stores to try to find the flowers he had originally offered us, only for them to come back with the wrong flower twice. He was very cordial during the waiting. But after the right flower couldn't be found & realizing they were completely out of stock, we talked & decided that instead of buying the wrong flower in a rush, we would take his card & place an order with him for the flower he originally tried selling us. Literally had his card in hand & are walking to the car when we hear him coming behind us. Seriously it was a Dr. Jeckyl/Mr. Hyde transformation in that moment. As he's standing in the middle of the road yelling to us that we're stupid white people & idiots, we're trying to show him the business card in hand & explain that we were going to be placing an order for the flower we needed & be coming back to get it- he told us "You stupid idiot white people don't come back I don't want to sell anything to you. Don't come back- get out of here, leave now". Okaaaaaaay. You all can do what you want with that- but for stupid idiot 'white people' (actually latinas with a blonde in the bunch, but, whatevs?) we are smart enough to know that's not the kind of person we choose to spend our hard earned money supporting. Jose no quiso aceptar que el me da el liston mas barato, y pues les dije que asi yo no pienso seguir comprando ahi porque ya no me conviene. Maria me arrebato su celular de la mano, le colgo a Jose, y de mal modo y enojada me dijo "Ya pues, ya!!! se los dejo al precio que usted dice". Le dije que no se tenia que molestar, que yo solo le estaba pidiendo que respetara el precio que me da su hermano, y que si no lo iba a respetar pues entonces ya no iba a seguir apoyandolos, y mejor me iba ir a comprarlo donde realmente lo venden por mayoreo. Entonces la cara de Maria quedo en "shock" cuando le dije eso, pues ella quizas pensaba que yo no sabia donde comprar bien por mayoreo. Asi que le dije "Si, Maria, yo se donde compran ustedes el liston por mayoreo. Ahi lo compro yo tambien en paquete. Pero cuando necesito 1 o 2 rollos de liston, vengo con ustedes. No me importa pagar un poquito mas y poder apoyarlos a usted y a Jose, pero tampoco le suba tanto al precio porque entonces ya no me conviene"... A lo que Maria burlonamente contesto "Pues entonces vayase a comprar el liston con ellos..!", acto seguido voltea a ver al señor que trabaja con ellos, y se empiezan a reir de mi, y ese señor dice "si, si pues vayase entonces". La verdad, que mala onda que Maria se comportara tan poco profesional. Yo no le estaba pidiendo que me igualara el precio a la otra compañia. Yo solo le estaba pidiendo que respetara el precio que su hermano Jose me da. Señora Maria, porque es tan envidiosa? Tan amargada? Tan poco agradecida? Tan insolente? Tan problematica? Han perdido una clienta de 8 años, todo por causa de esa señora Maria. Pero eso si, cada que entro a su tienda estan los coritos "Cristianos". Que mal testimonio dan ustedes, piensan que con poner coritos ya hicieron su labor Cristiana? Y mira nada mas como se comportan, como cuervos...!

We made the order and the pieces were to be ready 2 days later at 10 am. Unfortunately, I was unable to pick them up with her nor did I ask her how it all went before going again on my own to order some personalized ribbons. I made the order(paid in full) on Friday morning and he told me I can pick them up on Sunday. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it and I could not find his number to call. I ended up sending my niece to pick them up, I asked her to take a picture and I instantly noticed a mistake. The name I asked him to put on the ribbons was backwards..on every single one. I wrote down on his notebook SPECIFICALLY how I wanted it yet he still made them incorrectly so I complained and he had tje nerve to tell me I had to pay $5 extra to fix his mistake....WHAT!!???... after going back and forth he finally agreed to fix them, my niece waited 2 hrs and pick them up. See, I have to give this guy props. He fooled my 17 yr old niece. He showed her one of the ribbons which was exactly the way I had ordered them and put the other ones in a black bag. All of the ones in the black bag were not legible! !! I obviously went back and asked him what the hell!? And his first response. ..Look! I'll just give your money back! I really would have just wanted my order to be done correctly but instead I lost time. THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING ANYTHING HERE!! My friend had a pretty bad experience also! Good luck peeps!
