I am giving them 2 stars,…read more 1 for the initial responsiveness to the inquiry and quote. 1 for the actual bull since it was in good condition and perfect for the all girls party I had. I did not give them the last 2 stars because 1 they the female owner who I spoke to and booked with informed me that they will drop off Friday night because my party was Saturday and pick up Sunday morning. Which sounded perfect. However, the bull was not setup and ready to be used until 5pm the day of my party. Party started at 4pm and ended 7pm. They did not communicate with me the day before, after I texted them. I had to check in with them around 2pm Saturday to see what the ETA was. I had to ask for a discount because we lost 1 hour from using the bull. They were not accommodating and lack customer service Ethics. The male owner before agreeing to a $20 discount made excuses and argued with me to why they delivered late. This bull rental is not cheap, original Quote is $400 dollars and we used it for 2 hours. If it was a waterslide or jumper, my kids could have made use of it after the party and the following day. My advice to this company for better customer satisfaction is please have better communication and stick to the agreement. Being late to a party is not acceptable and if you are please be apologetic and accommodating so that the customer feels understood.

This bull from Crazy rides can easily be adjusted slow enough for toddlers and wicked fast for adults. The bull does move slower for heavier people. Crazy Rides teaches the homeowner how to manipulate the easy-to-use knobs on the controller which has an emergency stop button (because the bull body can still wack a person after the person falls off the bull). The bull can spin clockwise or counter clockwise at a variety of speeds from Level 0-5. The bull can also be adjusted in regards how fast to buck from level 0-100. However, none of the adults/teens were able to stay on the bull past spin level 3 out of 5 with 50% bucking! Minus one star solely for delivery/pickup which was worrisome when I wasn't notified via phone call/text as to the delivery/pickup times. Although the bull ride /tables and chairs arrived on time for the party, I was freaking out on the morning of the party because I wasn't given any delivery times for the day before. And pickup time was 4 hours later than what I was initially told. Would I still rent again through Crazy Rides....yes! Everyone had the best time with this good quality bull ride rental.

They were able to come through last minute and get a mechanical bull out to us the same day, which honestly felt like a miracle. Not only did they show up, but they made the entire experience so fun and seamless. The bull ended up being the highlight of the party. It was for my brother's 18th birthday and he absolutely loved it. Even our 70-year-old grandma got on and had the best time, which says everything. We are so beyond grateful that they were willing to drive all the way out to us and make it happen on such short notice. It truly turned our day around.
