My girlfriend was just asking questions about the time and place they can drop off the supplies and it came to my attention they seemed so sensitive to questions that they denied her service. This is very unprofessional and unusual behavior, as a company you're supposed to work with your customers. The staff did a good job, so I tipped them what I could plus I offered water since it was a hot day. The pricing is standard (maybe a little more) but this venue is very professional and reliable. They offer a lot of things you may want to rent in order to have a successful party. The contractual agreement to read and sign is very easy and intuitive.
