My schedule is extremely busy however and I was told that if I need to as long as I provide a reasonable notice I can change my procedure date. As it happened I did have to do just that twice. The second time however things went down hill rather quickly. After I had enough of their condescending language I told them I am done with the drama and they can either rebook me or refund my monies since absolutely no work has been done. Instead I was told that they will refund my money minus penalties and various fees. This in my opinion is a behavior of fraudsters and rogues not medical professionals.
