What shocked me the most is that I had previously been told by many dermatologists and technicians that no peel or treatment would truly help my melasma. This place is just okay. I wish the workers would arrive on time for the morning appointments. In my latest experience with this, the first worker arrived right at 9:00 am but didn't have the key so we had to wait for the second late worker to arrive. I feel this is inconsiderate to clients and their time (especially when this place charges a fee when the customer is late). I'm currently doing my second package for the same area and have seen some difference in hair growth and hair thickness but not enough to warrant paying for more packages for other areas. I will say though that the employees are very nice, polite, and helpful. The second I say I feel pain, they stop and make sure I'm okay. This office also has great communication. It's very easy to get them on the phone to ask questions or make/change appointments. The frequent lateness for morning appointments is just a huge pet peeve for me, as I feel it shows a lack of consideration for the customer's time. Once I started the treatments I realized that they were applied by poorly trained personnel and the results were poor. I have been here a few times and they provide good services,, the staff are nice. What rubs me the wrong way is the staff and owner pushing their services in your face. It is too much. Even when you politely decline they will keep pushing and pushing and asking questions like "why not" or "we have a deal today". The owner even made a remark of the acne scars on my face and how she can fix it with a treatment. Bought a Groupon for full Brazilian laser. The entrance was explained to me before I got there hence I don't know why people are freaking out in the comments. Their office is located in a medical buildings and all you have to do is follow their insurrections. That's all! I did it and it was easy a when I arrived they greeted me kindly explained the procedure and asked me to fill out a form. I started my procedure and it did hurt a little and the technician asked me if it was okay or too pain full she would go slower or faster depending on my preference and I said please just do it as fast as you can. Once I was done the owner greeted me and she offered me other services and prices were high however it's understandable knowing that I came from Groupon. I would NOT recommend this place, ever. I've had bad experience after experience. I bought a Groupon (6 sessions) for my upper lip in Dec 2019. Let's start with the actual sessions: they did not offer any protective lenses when I asked despite the proximity of the laser to my eyes. Next, I was only able to get 4 sessions done before the pandemic hit. Considering the fact that I had to remove my mask to get my laser done, I did not feel comfortable to remove it until I was vaccinated. Vaccination for the general public didn't happen until May. At which point, I called and was told by a manager that I would have to buy another Groupon session. After buying another Groupon session, I am told that they would not honor it because I am not a new customer. Considering the circumstances, I think this is the lowest a company can go. I know someone who is interested in laser hair removal but I already advised her to go elsewhere. Laser hair removal is a long process; I recommend a place that honors loyal customers. Edit: Oh, be aware. I know they monitor their Yelp page for good reviews. read more

Laser hair removal treatment left very visible pigmentation and scarring due to a malfunctioning hose. They tried to rectify this with more treatments, that had to be spread out over months, the few that I agreed to free of charge did not help much nor did I ultimately feel comfortable enough to pursue more treatments with this organization. I brought up refunding me for the laser services multiple times but the subject kept being avoided and I never saw a refund. Blame was deflected on whomever serviced the laser machines. Took me awhile to write a review just because I haven't gotten around to it, but I've been meaning to write one for a long time now and I'm glad I waited to write a review because I can honestly say how great this place is. The owner, Rosanna, is the sweetest, most down to earth woman. She truly loves her job and cares for her clients. I've been going to do laser hair removal and stretch mark removal. Her equipment is A1. No one in miami has the technology she has. I even googled it myself and was amazed to see how up to date her machines are and how she and her staff are also up to beat with it. I've done laser in the past and quit going because I had such a horrible experience. I had patches of hair all over. I decided to discontinue with them because I felt like it didn't work against my hair until I tried Med aesthetics. I am so happy I gave laser another shot! I've done 6 sessions and my hair is almost completely gone. Whereas the other place, I had done 12 sessions and I still had too much hair. The stretch mark removal is the bomb! I only did 4 sessions since my stretch marks weren't so bad to begin with and I am amazed with how the results came out. I even posted a before and after picture of my stretch marks on Instagram just to educate women that there is such a thing that can remove your tiger marks! Til' this day, I still get women asking me about the stretch mark removal. Pricing is very good. I think it's very reasonable. Med aesthetics is on Groupon pretty often too. They even offer discounts whenever you purchase a package with them anyway, so you're always getting good deals. They host events, send monthly deals to you and they always have something new to show me. I love that! I'm glad I waited to write a review because I got to know Rosanna and Med aesthetics more and each time I go it's always a laugh. They're awesome! read more
