Update 5/2026: For the last 3+ years I've been coming here, I have no negative complaints. Laser hair removal is top recommendation. Very friendly staff & the place is so clean... they have deal/packages on all kinds of options for you to help make you feel good about yourself. At the end Beauty comes from within you, you just need a little nudge to see it. That's what makes them great. Great services... I went for a laser hair removal. I used to shave daily... now I literally shave once a month when it's time to do laser. Staff are the friendliest & very professional. I now add services like Legacy to firm my butt and thighs & few other services for my face too. They don't add services that I don't t need... I even tried to. I've seen so many improvements and increase in self esteem... did I mention that they are bilingual. Prices are very reasonable too. My recommendation is stop by check them out, ask them the questions you need in person... if you call they don't know what they are working with so best answers are always in person. I could not believe the scam they are pulling. people go to Groupon to save money and instead they are price gouging. Their 1 hour hydrafacial normally costs $199 so you think you save $50 but instead when you schedule your treatment, they tell you you're only getting a 30 minutes service. So you pay more money for half the time... $149. It's not in their fine print so get ready to be surprised. What a ripoff! Emily is incredibly rude and patronizing. You would never expect this clinic to look as good as it does because of the location but it's unbelievably clean & beautiful. I love the decor and how comfortable the rooms are. The staff is great and the best part is that they offer SATURDAY appointments. Prices are affordable compared to many other clinics I've visited or contacted. They offer many services including facials, massages, weight loss programs, laser hair removal,cool sculpting, and venous freeze. I've been coming here for over a year to receive some fillers and Botox with Milly. She is outstanding at what she does and you can immediately tell she is a perfectionist, which I would say is quite necessary when dealing with your face and other body parts. I have never written a bad review, but this is BY FAR THE WORST facial I've gotten in my life. The pain I experienced at this place was unbearable. I told the lady doing my facial if she could do my extractions a different way because the way she was doing them 1. Wasn't taking ANYTHING out. & 2. hurt worse than any other extraction I've done else where. & she told me "NO this is how I do it" . She would rub my face with the same dirty unsanitary napkin.(& yes I know extractions are suppose to hurt but I could clearly see she did not know what she was doing at all) . This place is AMAZING!!! I go to the dentist next door and walked in just to see what they have to offer and get prices on a few treatments. To start, the place smells divine. The girl who greeted me was courteous and attentive. Although I didn't have an appointment, they were able to accommodate me and offer me a free consult same day. The technician who assisted me was very thorough in explaining each treatment to allow me to make an informed decision of which treatments I should do. After much consideration and research, I decided to go with the cool sculpting and Venus treatments. I cannot begin to express how satisfied I am with my results. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I can handle/understand most situations especially when its a physical job. I am a customer with empathy. However, I hate liars. I do not like being scammed, hustled, or lied to. You can purchase these machines online on eBay for less the amount you will be charged(which means more treatments)....and you will get way better results because you will know the exact time of service being performed on you as well as the right settings! The girl(s) did not operate the machine for the time quoted and was charged more for services requested. I was way under the 20-10 minute ratio, the settings were off, and the machine wasn't one at one point and the girl just kept going...... I do NOT recommend going here to this location because of the lies. I def should have paid attention to intuition/angels when the entire building lights went out during my consultation (which is always a bad sign) but I was so focused on reclaiming my size 2/4 after strange stubborn bloat that came out of nowhere weeks after. I paid with cash so I'll never see that part of transactions coming back into my pocket but I did contact my bank for the charges for the services that I requested additionally......but was done with the wrong settings, less than 10 minutes.......and again at one time the machine wasn't even on. The worst part was during my last services....a girl came in the room and turned down my treatment time by 3 minutes...she thought I was not paying attention because I had my headphones but I was paying attention. I timed all the others after that and it still was not 10 minutes. If you want cheap just buy the machine....on eBay because thats where they bought it. I have nothing negative to say about the service and staff, I've only had to wait less then 10 minutes after my appointment time to get attended which is great because ALL medical centers in Hialeah schedule 20 patients at the same time. These "people" are crooks! I mean crooks! They obviously need money more than we do. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. They LIE constantly about trying to work with people to resolve issues but it's all LIES. They never tried to resolve anything. They keep your money without providing any service. Then they brag about their "policy" which is confusing and in broken English. I've had 3 professional people read it and even they don't know what it means. They also have to have the last word. They will respond to your reviews and make it sound like they were willing to with you but not so much as one phone call. They are a total scam. Their service is horrible. They lie about their procedure. It's totally baffling. One day it will all catch up with them. The office manager needs to take courses to learn how to deal with customers. Maybe she can find a nice customer service course on Groupon. Something to teach her how being a bully online is not the way to handle business. They need help! read more
