A few minutes later an associate comes out of the bathroom, goes behind the desk to the corner by the printer and starts tearing off the labels. I walk up to the desk, in case she didn't see me, because I wasn't greeted or addressed. And she says " I'm over here." Which is extremely rude. How about saying hello I can help you over here. I didn't say anything, I gave her the returns. After she gave me the return slip I walked away and she snarkily said thank you. As if I was supposed to thank her even though her only attempt at talking to me was to say I'm over here. Sydney is very rude. 1) if she had to use the bathroom she should have told a manager to get coverage 2) you greet your customers. I said hello, she said nothing. 3) not saying have a nice day is fine by me, but don't give your customers an attitude when they walk away. Had she not been so nasty at the end I wouldn't have bothered to leave this review. I know not much is going to be done to reprimand her, but it was an awful experience so I'm giving an awful review. Do better Sydney, or get a different job. You don't belong working with the public.

Next month I received a 30 day late bill, called a very rude "customer service" (not) person, sent a check that day for full credit amount. They trashed my credit immediately with all 3 credit bureaus for a 30-day late, pretty sad. I've contested every year since and still **negative** report. In 31 YEARS this is the only negative report EVER . I always pay our cards in full. This is the WORST company. Do not be lured in with their discounts. They are totally not worth it. Go to Macy's or shop Amazon. Scrappy, low class, not worth your time. They can't even give fair service.

She purchased it on 12/6/15 and the glass on the top was supposed to be engraved with my initials. The humidor which cost almost $100 arrived in time for Christmas, no problem. So my wife just wrapped the entire box and pout it under the tree. When I opened the box it wasn't engraved at all! I told her that I didnt care but she was upset because it's what she wanted and she paid EXTRA to have it engraved. So she call the Corporate headquarters to tell them of the problem. They said not too worry, just take the humidor back to any Things Remembered store and they will send us a new one with the engraving on it. OK, 2 weeks later the new humidor arrives. I open the box and this time is WAS engraved BUT it was in the WRONG FONT! So AGAIN she calls corporate and they tell her to return that one as well and they will ship a new humidor directly to the store and the store manager will personally engrave it in front of us to make sure we're happy. So another 2 weeks goes by and we get a call from the store saying that the humidor that corporate shipped to them was damaged in shipping! That's when we had enough. We took our business elsewhere and we will NEVER deal with those bumbling fools again. By the way, the store in the Newburgh mall is now closed. Hmmmmmmm, wonder why?

As avid fans of crime docs, we were excited to see this in person and try to identify the injury. No such luck. Oh well, off to find fire starters. We asked an employee for help and they were helpful. We were hoping for some tea- some breakup drama to listen to or family issues, as our lives can be pretty dull. Alas, we left helped but unentertained. My boyfriend was riding around on our cart full of loose vegetables and crashed into some guy. He said it was the funniest thing that's happened to him in a while and no worries. Was kinda hoping to see them throw down (see last paragraph re: just looking to feel something) but he continued through the electronics section. My cashier was a middle-aged African American woman who was friendly and smiled while checking me out. I also needed help in the electronics section from an employee I believe was named Sue. She was very empathetic and acknowledged me right away, so I didn't mind waiting for her to finish with another customer. Service was good all around.

Stopped by this small shop looking for some new kicks that came out and sure enough these guys had…read morethem. This is a very small men's clothing store with very minimal stock from shirts, jeans, jackets and limited supply of sneakers. If I was rating this store based on content I'd rate it low but I can't slam them for lacking because they could probably very well order something I needed if they didn't have it. In my case they did have the sneaker I was looking into. If you're looking for something specific I'd give them a call before stopping by because they literally have maybe a dozen sneakers at best on display. They are no Foot Locker so don't visit expecting a mega chain type store. Guys seem to know their stuff so that's helpful.

It was a super cute store and I would recommend spending enough time here to see all of the things that they have to sell. I bought a few things including a pillow mist and a tea towel. The women behind the counter was very kind and wrapped it all up very nicely as I told her I was giving it as a gift. I look forward to going back to Sierra Lily and seeing what else they have on the shelves!
