This is why my teeth look the way that they do; every time I get dental work done it ends up being a scam that I have to walk away from it. There's still time for them to do the right thing and turn the situation around but frankly, they are lucky my attorney hasn't contacted them as I'm at immediate care right now due to constant pain, infection and have now missed 6 days of work. Stoker and Pysnak don't suggest or push treatments that aren't necessary. It's a relief to go to the dentist and not feel like I'm at a car dealership. Instead, I feel like Dr. Stoker and Dr. Pysnak are great at providing education and discussing things to watch for in the future. Everyone is genuinely nice, and I don't think you'll find more skilled (or affordable) dentists, dental hygienists, or dental assistants anywhere. I just had an appointment with Dr. Pysnak. She is amazing and I legitimately had a good time. I wish she worked here all of the time! They just remodeled and the offices are all nice and clean. They have a bunch of options for things to watch, too. They have great pricing, it's always nice to not have to worry about feeling overcharged. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Dr. Pysnak is beyond awesome and Dr. Stoker is fantastic!

When I went in, I found out that I had 3 wisdom teeth that needed to be pulled as well as a root canal. Other than that, I didn't have dental insurance. I was scared about the price, the pain and the recovery time because I needed to get back to work quickly. After visiting with him about my problems, he basically told me not to worry and that he would help me out. The experience was absolutely awesome! He has the best tools and technology that I have seen at a dental office that not only helps in mitigating unnecessary pain, but saves a lot of time! He does have dental chairs with massage capabilities if you want or need it. He does have a TV and headphones that you can use if you want time to pass by and he has very good assistants and support. Dr. Stoker was very efficient with his time. I can tell that the office manager does very good at scheduling and they are very well experienced at helping the customer feel comfortable and at ease. I was not stressed at all after meeting with them and they got to work. I had three appointments with them for the entire procedures and I can't wait to go back again! Who says that about their dentist, seriously? He has helped me with my bill so I was able to make them in a few payments. He also saved me money because he was able to use his technology with digital x-rays and his tools to get the job done and take care of my teeth. He spoke to me afterwards and made it clear on what I needed to do to take care of my teeth and that he was here to get me back on track. I truly appreciate Dr. Stoker and his staff and I am grateful for having found him. I have referred a few people to them already and I know they love their new dentist. I definitely recommend going to Dr. Stoker!

They quoted me $750 for the work. I had gotten a new retainer a couple years prior for about $120 so I knew that their quote was far overpriced. I ended up going to Imagine Orthodontics and seeing Dr. Baugh instead, who charged $250 for the same job: removing the bottom retainer, and new top and bottom retainers. Also, he had the retainers adjusted to do the minor fix my teeth needed from the untwisting of the wires, so he gave me a little orthodontics free of charge. The fact that another orthodontist did a better job at taking care of me for 33% of the price clearly shows that Monarch should be avoided.

She did a beautiful job cleaning my teeth and gave me a generous goody bag. Overall, the Hygienist was friendly and was knowledgeable except for that one rude incident.

So I first went to the wrong office (they have two locations) so right away I wish they would have specified the location. Once I arrived at the correct location it was easy to find and easy parking. The inside waiting area smelled noticeable good. The chairs and sofa were well worn and the 3 receptionists were all very busy on the phone. It is very kid friendly, with a toy section and child appropriate art on the walls. I didn't wait long before Danielle the hygienist called me to get started. She is very professional and nice she answered my questions knowledgeably. The room I was in was brightly colored. Like I said super kid oriented which is fine, I watched Walle on the tv above the chair. Had I known just how kid themed this office was I would have chosen a different one. I feel like I had a great teeth cleaning from Danielle. My gums felt sore after but I think that was just my gums and nothing that she did. Dr. Ho saw me quickly and answered my all my questions. She found a cavity Danielle hadn't noticed. So I am going back to fix my cavity. I'm really not into kids and am more for professional aesthetic so after I fix my cavity I will probably ask to go to the other location which from what I saw seems to be just that, more professional.

I've been taking my 2 kids here for the past 2 years and EVERY single time had a negative experience. I generally like to be reasonable and allow for mistakes but today was the last straw and I feel like I dodged a bullet with not having my daughter's braces done here. I hope that the office can look at these issues and try to correct them because each issue is unacceptable. Here are some of the problems we encountered: Arriving for an appointment and told the Orthodontist wasn't there Arriving for an appointment and told the billing person wasn't there and they couldn't bill us for braces so would need to reschedule. Showed up for an appointment and it "wasn't in the system" Was taken back for an appointment to have my daughter's baby teeth pulled, the Dental assistant told us that we should come back in 6 months because looking at the records, everything was fine. I explained to her 3x that we were scheduled for a teeth pulling and she left the room each time to talk to someone else, until finally someone who knew what they were doing looked at my daughter's records and got the Dentist in to pull the teeth. Whenever we saw a Dentist, they seemed to be making the best of a bad situation, felt extremely rushed, and had to ask us questions which should have been annotated in the records. I had to show the dentist photos of an x-ray I took with my phone on a previous visit because he had x rays from over a year prior pulled up in their system and couldn't find the x rays that were taken the week before. Was told they didn't have time to finish the appointment so we would need to reschedule to finish. Had to reschedule other commitments because of EXTREME delays. I'm talking waiting an hour to be seen then sitting in the back room for another 1/2 hour for the dentist. The office calls and leaves the same message, "Please call us back" (without explaining if there is an issue, or if it's just an appointment reminder, etc). When you try to call back, expect a 20-50 minute hold time, then to be disconnected, or put into a voicemail which is never returned. Consistently, things that we discussed with one staff, ortho or dentist were not annotated in the record and I had to tell them what the last person said. There seems to be a high turnover because I can't recall a time when I saw the same staff member at another visit. It feels as though staff are all trying to make the best of a bad situation. One Dental assistant may be experienced and knowledgable, and another may have difficulty understanding basic dental concepts, there is no consistency one visit to another.

When I look at an office for treatment, I often look at the office managers and schedule coordinators. I feel like you can always go see a fantastic dentist, but the hiccup is always with the office staff with handling your claims and your schedule they always drop the ball seeing this display of unprofessionalism immediately is a red flag for me. I will be going somewhere else.
