After four weeks, I'm riding my bike again and Dr. Winter answers my questions professionally and accurately. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is that I feel that they could spend a little bit more time with the patient. Staff is very friendly, take care of insurance issues. I have to carry too much stuff around and need to have a locker to keep things in. This gym did offer that. However, constant turnover caused a disruption where they began renting every locker. This caused them to stop renting every locker. I felt it unfair the entire group be penalized bc of gym management turnover and irresponsibility. It was only taken from the women's side apparently, and (after a recent call bc I was going to give them business again) bc the female side is smaller and get too busy with classes...sounds like changes need to be made...just saying

It is a home sauna (2 seater) and has a really hard time holding temperature. It takes a very long time to heat up and is often turned down when used by some of the elderly members. I have had fibromyalgia for 20 years, and have been dealing with perimenopausal symptoms for a couple of years along with an imbalance of my hormones associated with fibromyalgia for the last 5-8 years where I basically felt half dead. I had lost hope, and joy in everything in life. My bloodwork came back showing that my testosterone was pretty low. I received my pellets in early November, and while they said it could take 6 weeks to 6 months to really notice, I noticed at about the end of the first week after receiving them. I'm pretty sensitive to these things. It is now almost January, and my energy has skyrocketed, I'm starting to feel like my self again. I sincerely appreciate the care I have received at this clinic, and plan to continue coming here forever. I am excited to get my next dose in February. I definitely won't miss it. Dr. Kyle is a great, Mandy is awesome, and their entire team is amazing! The customer service is top notch, and something I haven't seen in 20+ years. Mandy, is my buddy, and has been administering my trigger point injections, and my pellets. I wish I knew everyone's name by heart so I could thank them all but the rest of the staff is amazing. They really have built something amazing here. This is an awesome practice, and I highly recommend this practice.
