Years ago I went to Smart Sports. I thought it was the best gym there was. Multiple changes occurred. I can say I'd probably still be a member if they offered female locker rentals again. I have to carry too much stuff around and need to have a locker to keep things in. This gym did offer that. However, constant turnover caused a disruption where they began renting every locker. This caused them to stop renting every locker. I felt it unfair the entire group be penalized bc of gym management turnover and irresponsibility. It was only taken from the women's side apparently, and (after a recent call bc I was going to give them business again) bc the female side is smaller and get too busy with classes...sounds like changes need to be made...just saying read more

I joined Smart Sports because it advertised having a sauna. Once I started going it came to my attention it is not an actual commercial sauna. It is a home sauna (2 seater) and has a really hard time holding temperature. It takes a very long time to heat up and is often turned down when used by some of the elderly members. Once I realized that, I canceled my membership to join another gym that offers commercial grade sauna services. read more

Sadly I cannot recommend this gym to anyone anymore. The great reviews were from when it was 20 feet wider with many more amenities. Management does not keep customers informed of their plans, if they have any. Too many changes recently and they are all bad. I worked out there for over 15 years. read more

Just want to give a shout out to Mary, who leads the Zumba Gold class every Monday and Wednesday at 1 pm. It's so much fun, and such a great workout. Mary has a loyal following, but is very welcoming to newcomers. Even if you come in a bad mood, you're guaranteed to leave in a good one! read more

For the first time, I experienced physical therapy at Smart Sports Medicine Center. Samantha was my physical therapist. Shawn assisted her. The whole experience was amazing. I could not believe how carefully and completely they listened to my particular ailment. They were thorough and effective in the variety of exercises and massage therapy they provided. Appointments ware easily made and changed. Office staff was friendly and helpful. I felt stronger and more flexible with each session. This is a wonderful place to go to recover from any type of injury or age-related discomfort. read more

I asked my husband to get a physical for the first time in years. He made an appt. for a physical and stated he needed to discuss many of his health issues with the Dr. including high blood pressure, shoulder pain and possible arthritis. They recommended he get xrays before he came so they could discuss this problem at his appt. At his appt. the Dr. only focused on his shoulder and then instead of billing him for a physical they billed him for a specialist. His FREE appt for his physical turned into a $405 charge. When we called to discuss this with the office manager he was very unprofessional and argumentative. He laughed at us and called us ridiculous. Then he said have a happy new year and hung up. Beware about how they choose to bill your appointment here because there was definately some trickery here. We will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic to anyone we know. read more

I've loved working out here. The staff knows me, and greets me by name. That's certainly contributed to my ability to commit to better health - it's a friendly place! Most of the cardio equipment is great, but the stair step machines are just odd. (No cup holder? No place to put my device?) The free weights and cable weights are incredible in selection, and the fellow members make it a great place to work out. read more

Best gym I've ever been to! After moving out of state it's hard to find anything that is close to Smart Sports!

Very clean facility and all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful! The pool facility is awesome!
