I usually do reviews on food establishments but this one I genuinely have to do. I have worked here for 10 long months that it feels like a decade instead. Some believe that working in retail is a demon, if that's the case then working in healthcare is like sleeping with the devil himself. I could write a book about the gas lighting,the thievery, the bullying, the unnecessary drama within the facility. I never knew there was a such thing as upper and lower management until I came here. If you're a supervisor then you're a supervisor all the way around not someone you can yell at and demoralize in front of others because YOU forget you had a conversation with them, or give you free range to bad talk them when they aren't around. As a veteran, it aches for me to see the people I chose to serve and protect, be treated be mistreated. Be neglected. And others placed in a stronger position to only collect their earnings and call it a day. THE REVIEW: They don't give you offers, they give you options. "Either take this role that we give you and stay with us or you're fired." "We aren't asking you to take this shift, We are telling you. " (These are just some that I've faced and had others expressed to me. ) "We have your back, if you need anything" then proceeds to throw you under the bus like you never made the staff aware. But the kicker is EVERYONE is aware but NO ONE will speak up! Because if you speak up, they get rid of you. There are things broken that still haven't been fixed since I've been there. Bills that are unpaid. (Not because no one processed them but because Higher just doesn't pay them ) oops send an email and remind them of their last 6 months unpaid bills . They press you for reviews to cover up the actual negativity that's brewing here. I have never worked for a more toxic environment than here. I am upset that I went out the way I did but if I didn't, they would create some reason to fire you. I.e. (not enough money in the budget so we have to cut your role) but oh look the next day someone else is here to fill it. . There are too many chiefs and not enough Indians here, if you are a hard worker and kind, THEY WILL RUN YOU INTO THE GROUND. There are some who wish to see this place return to its glory days but what I've seen there isn't a crumb of pride left here. They will push you and push you til you give them a reason to fire you. They don't care for your emergencies AND most importantly they don't care for their RESIDENTS. It's all about filling a bed for money rather than caring for their actual health. I can't attest for the other reviews, but I can certainly say as once being apart of the "Team" here. I wouldn't send my family, my friend's family, my dog, or anything with a pulse here even if they were paying. They are the little definition of a "Diddy Party", you will get sunshine and rainbows and when you are on the outside. But once you're inside, you better play by THEIR RULES (not the actual state regulations) or you're cut and replaced by someone who will. At this point I could keep going. But I'm sure my point has been made.

The woman Amber won't even return their calls. My wife is beside herself with grief, and these people don't care. If you're looking to get rid of someone this is the place to go. This is the worst faculty ever.
