I do not take anything away from them because of this. However, from the beginning, the ladies who man the desk I like to refer the gatekeepers are consistently customers on the to them in person they act like they're the boss and management while being made aware of this has done nothing to try and correct the behavior. Also, I had spoken to my doctor because they were planning on discharging me and the doctor said they did not want me discharged so I called to speak to my therapist. The person at the front desk. Sydney refused to get them for me refuse to give them a message when I said, I will try and reach them when I come in for therapy. They informed me that they would be busy with other not be able to help me at that time. I was able to finally leave a voicemail for my therapist and very disappointed in the fact that my call was never returned. In the beginning, things started out well with Prairie Rehab but they quickly went south and they've even worse and management could care less. It doesn't seem to strike them one bit. I guess they have plenty of that they're fine with losing a few but you start losing one and then it becomes two and then it becomes three and it compounds and compounds on itself. I hope nobody else has to have this experience with Prairie Rehab I had.

This is one of my biggest pet peeves. I mean you are a trained professional! Right? Then by all means please chart my behavior not my medical problem. Like you're gonna teach somebody something by charting their behavior. Personally I think if you are that thin skinned you need to find a different profession. I hear they're looking for people to help at the corner store Or maybe at the trash company, can you drive? I just wonder how long it takes to get an XRay when only one other patient is here? Do they really think they are teaching me a lesson? Or do they think they are correcting my behavior? What ever happened to just plain old medical care. I been here almost an hour. Bunch of children running around here in uniforms acting like they all work here but nothing is getting done. Petty non professional work attitudes from one and all . Send me to a real Dr. With a real nurse who knows how to take a proper blood pressure! She almost had my feet dangling from the bed! Where did this person go to school? She is the only doctor i have ever known that seemed truly concerned for her pacients on a personal level. I have trouble with needles and a real phobia of most doctors offices, but Dr Miller always found a way to make an uncomfortable situation much more bearable. Over the years she has always been friendly and professional in a way that makes you feel you can tell her anything and she will be honest and take true interest in what you say. She is very knowledgeable and has always found a way to help my family with a diversity of problems. To my great joy, I even found out that she is ob/gyn and after helping me through a difficult pregnancy, she also delivered my son! Through all the years and different things going on in my life (from a single kid fresh out of high school and broke to new marrage concens to the birth of my child and his health) I have never found one reason for complaint. My only misfourtune is a recent move out of state which makes it impossible for my family to continue to see her. She will be greatly missed! You cannot do better for a doctor!
