Marc had always been professional and friendly with us and got to meet him in person. We kept in contact via text message, email, and then met in person. Inspection was performed by Marc along with his partner Todd. Both were very professional, friendly, and explained everything to us after the inspection was performed. We were able to ask questions and they answered all of our questions without any hesitation. When I complained I was told that the tech would not wait for me if I was a minute late after they arrived. I guess they don't like complainers since they cancelled my appointment by text after we hung up. After reading other reviews I am glad they cancelled. If Choice assigns Daugherty to you ask for a different company.
