We had a bunch of trees in our front yard, very close to our house, and he gave his professional opinion of which ones made sense to take down. Came for tree cutting more than a week ago. Didn't even finished one tree Came late, they took a million breaks and within two hrs they were gone. They destroyed my neighbors new mailbox in the process and the communication for them to come back and finish the job had been very bad. Excuse after excuse without apologies for saying they are showing up and they don't. I believe they take way too many jobs and can't meet the demand. If you can finish a job successfully, don't take it. Will never use this service again. Stay away ppl. Very, very unprofessional. read more

Christian Avery is a thief. there's no other way to say it. The whole company is a bunch of losers and liars. He smartly collects his fee before the job is done. after everyone leaves you see that the job was not completed as promised, leaving a mess behind. Multiple calls to him to come back and finish the job were in vain. he comes across as a nice guy. He's nothing but a con. He certainly fooled me and my neighbors. Both of us were left with incomplete jobs we paid handsomely for and a mess that we needed to clean up on our own and hire someone else to finish the job. This guy is a fraud and a con. Chris Avery's crew were really very good. They came on time, worked the entire day through to remove two huge oaks on my lawn that were dead and / or diseased. His crew were very courteous and very professional. They did a super job with the cleanup and removal of everything- and also took down a few limbs from a neighbor's overhanging tree. The crew was careful not to damage a cherry tree under the oaks; and made sure to to take enough care to avoid damaging the lawn and sprinkler systems in place with their heavy equipment. I got 3 quotes for the job; Avery was easily the most reasonable, and the most available- did the job 2 days after quoting. The only issue (minor) I had was chasing them for a few days to remove the last of the root grindings left by the curb- which they thoroughly cleaned up by the end of the week. read more

They were very fast and efficient; however, they left an unsightly stump and chips even though I paid for stump grinding. They promised to come back and finish the job, but they never came. Now I have to pay someone to grind the stump. Sad part is I stupidly gave them a nice tip. read more

I moved into a home that won me over with the most gorgeous trees in the backyard and in the front yard. These are tall trees that make me feel like I am in the middle of the most whimsical forest ever! Now realistically I had to cut down a few of them that were blocking the view of the pool, of one of the bedrooms and three skinny ones that were looking dead. I was worried never hired a tree service but I called Avery and Christian came on the same day to give me an estimate. My sister and I had a difference in opinion I wanted to make sure all the trees would stay intact but she is the practical one. Christian said he loved the trees and he would keep the aesthetic look and the privacy it gave us. He would prune where necessary so all the leaves wouldn't fall into the pool and just the right amount so that we would get sunlight in the pool area. He would lift and prune knowing all the names of the trees and plants. We felt confident that Christian was the guy for the job and hired him on the spot. His prices are reasonable and his scheduling more so he fit us in two days later! Our yard looks perfect. He prune to perfection a tree in the front for me that was blocking another window. They were punctual professional neat and took pride in their work and wanted to make sure we were happy and satisfied customer. Avery Tree Service is the way to go!
